Just 4 houses to the beach, this 100 year old Victorian house was the queen of the shore in its hey day and is loaded with charm. Located on family friendly 11th Ave, the 7 bedrooms and 4 newly rennovated baths welcome you and your family, friends or reunion to ocean side living. No need for planning a full day at the beach, just come and go as you please with the 8 badges provided. Don't worry about sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web.
The two kitchens and livingrooms allow the kids to play downstairs while the adults relax upstairs.
You will never want to leave the second floor porch but you always have the option of relaxing on the first floor covered porch as well. If you need, there is a washer and dryer in the basement. Window A/C units keep the inside cool if needed. Hot water heat makes this a cozy winter getaway. The first floor and upstairs can be rented separately. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking. Bring your own sheets and towels, or rent them for $200, everything else should be there.
