"Tranquility" is a beautiful lakefront pool home surrounded by lush citrus trees and native vegetation.Located in a quiet gated neighborhood of 170 single family homes. All 1950 sq. ft. of "Tranquility" are fully air conditioned and furnished. The front entry brings you into a large, relaxing living room, including dining room for 4-6.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features a television, built-in desk, and breakfast bar with additional informal dining space. The open floor plan provides striking views from the kitchen and family room which overlook the sparkling blue, heated swimming pool and serene, fontal lake with burgeoning wildlife.
In addition to its gorgeous views, the family room is complete with a large screen television and CD/DVD/stereo entertainment center, which also controls the built-in stereo speakers throughout the house. Glass sliding doors open directly onto the screened lanai with lounging and dining furniture.
Sleeping quarters are located down the hall with a king sized bed and television in the master suite as well as double sinks, separate shower, and garden tub. The second bedroom overlooks the pool and lake and features two twin beds, dual ceiling fans, and television. The adjacent third bedroom also contains a ceiling fan and one twin bed.

Why the Owner Chose Beachwalk Isles
This is Paradise.The weather is perfect all year long. This area has the best shrimping, fishing, and boating. The sand is white and soft and the gulf is just a short distance. There is lots of shopping, museums and local art. Their is live theater. Its just a perfect place to live or visit. Public transportaion is available within walking distance to go to the beaches or to the airport. You will enjoy visiting with the locals and with people from all over the World.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The fabulous sunsets while seating on the lanai looking at the lake and watching the wildlife. Occassionally, one might see an aligator. You walk out of the door and step into a warm private pool. If you want a fresh orange, lemon or key lime just go pick one.

I have owned 3 homes in our neighborhood and have served on the Homeowners Association for 4 year; Vice Pres, President and currently as secretary.
