  Bob and Anne's condo is absolutely beautiful and boasts every amenity that you could possibly want! The view from the balcony of the full moon dancing across the waves, along with the sound of their mighty roar as they crash into the shoreline makes this oceanfront condo an extra special place to stay. Steps away from the boardwalk, no hassle parking, ocean views and a complimentary bottle of wine, who could ask for anything more? It is the perfect place to retreat to in order to get away from all of the stresses of the world. Definitely would book another stay!

  The price was right and the place was clean. The owners were very helpful answering our questions. We particularly loved the heated towel rack; there's nothing like running in cold temps on the boardwalk knowing that after a spa like shower, there's an added bonus of wrapping yourself in a nice warm towel! The unit was described in 100% accuracy. After having a lovely NY's eve dinner at the Flanders, we had fun making the New Year's hat and took advantage of the First Night activities then returned to the condo & watched a comedy dvd provided in the unit and finished the bottle of wine the owners left for our enjoyment! OC is a great place to celebrate New Years Day: supporting a 5K run for a cause to Ocean Dip and riding the Horse & Buggy sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and shopping to name a few! Other than not being able to use the washer for my sweaty running/work out clothes, we truly had a cozy, comfy & relaxing time! We had many choices but so glad we chose this unit, it's just the right size. Highly recommend this unit!

Thanks for calling to let us know about the problem with the washer. It was related to the central water line to the entire condo complex being off during hurricane Sandy. We apologize that the washer was not available during your weekend stay and that we were not aware of this issue in advance of your stay. The washer is perfectly fine now.

  We just got back from a week at this condo. We had the time of our lives. Everything was clean and just perfect...the view was beautiful...it was steps to the beach...the bikes were so much fun...we could walk or bike anywhere...it was quiet and restful. We lead very hectic lives and we truly had the chance to rejuvenate...the perfect vacation! Anne and Bob are the perfects hosts! We are already looking forward to 2013...I booked it the minute we got home! Thanks for a perfect week! (the pictures and listing are very accurate...but better in person!)

  We just returned from our week at Bob & Anne's condo and want to go back ASAP! Ocean City is beautiful, and so is the condo. The pictures show it exactly like it is. The covered parking is great, and they include beach tags, chairs, and bicycles for your use. The condo is spotless, the furniture is in great condition, and everything is top notch. The kitchen is well equipped with beautiful appliances, the bathroom is luxurious, and the balcony is great. We can't recommend this place enough. The location is perfect - just steps to all the restaurants and shops on the boardwalk, as well as the beach. Don't hesitate to make your reservation!

  My family just returned from staying in Bob and Anne's beautiful condo. They are wonderful to work with and it's quite obvious they want you to have the best vacation. When we arrived, waiting for us was a bottle of wine and two passes for miniature golf for our boys...which was so thoughtful! They really have thought of everything in this gorgeous condo. The pictures are lovely and give you a true image of what the condo looks like, however, it is more beautiful when you see it in person. The amenities are countless!! There is a detailed visitors guide that explains and walks you through everything you need to know, it was very helpful. The location couldn't be more perfect. You have unbelievable privacy and yet you are steps from the boardwalk. The building is beautifully landscaped and maintained, with secure parking. When it was time to go to the beach, two beach tags were waiting along with the use of beach chairs! I really could go on and on about Bob and Anne's condo and their hospitality. It's all of the comforts of home! We have been going to OC since I was a child and never thought it could be like this... everything about it was fabulous!! We are already talking about next year. We can't wait to go back!!

  We just returned from a great weekend at this beautiful 1 bedroom condo. Very clean and secure. Just a few steps from the boardwalk and all the attractions. We highly recommend this as a great vacation location.

  Lovely 1 BR condo right on the beach/boardwalk at 15th St. in OC. Nicely furnished, perfect location, great amenities. Had a lovely 3 day weekend in OC in the middle of winter with few people around. Very relaxing. Would also be a perfect spot for summer season - right in the middle of everything you need in OC. Stay here and you would be able to leave your car parked for the week. Highly recommeneded place and owners are wonderful.

  This place was delightful -- tastefully decorated and luxuriously furnished. I watched the sun come up each morning from the deck, biked the boardwalk every day, walked the beach just yards away.. . . it had all the comforts one could want, and the simplicity of a place at the beach. The owners provided lots of details ahead of time, and had clear written instructions in a "visitors' guide" at the condo.

  My husband and I stayed at Bob & Anne's condo over Columbus Day weekend, and we enjoyed every minute! The location couldn't be more perfect: on the boardwalk, but toward the south end where it's quiet. Having access to the bikes made getting around town not only a cinch, but FUN! The highlight of our weekend was watching the fireworks display over the ocean from the covered balcony. We loved everything about this condo, and we can't wait to go back!! Anne & Bob are a pleasure to work with, and are very attentive to the details. It's very evident that they want all of their renters to have the best possible experience...we're *so* glad that we chose this property for our vacation!

  My family looks forward to going to OCNJ every year for our family vacation. We have stayed in the same condo assoc. for the past 3 years and absolutely love it there. This year we stayed in one of Bob and Anne's places and it was absolutely perfect!!! When we walked in the condo, waiting for us was a bottle of wine and for our 10 yr. old daughter was a ticket book for Wonderland ( which we had to use that evening! ). They made us feel so welcome and the condo was just perfect. We will definately be in touch for next summer. My husband and I are convinced that this is the most perfect spot to stay in OCNJ.
