The villa features a heated kidney-shaped, tiled swimming pool 8 x 4 m, a B.B.Q, and a lovely well maintained garden that leads on to the 17th fairway of Pinhal Golf Course. It is close to the casino, restaurants, bars, and shops.

This is not only an ideal location for golf enthusiasts, but also for families with young children, or couples who can enjoy the tranquil settings of the villa whilst also experiencing the enchanting atmosphere of the Marina.
