A central elevator services all floors. First floor has a children’s den with a sleeper sofa, kitchenette, laundry room, two full baths, and a bunkroom with three sets of bunk beds. Main floor has full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, wet bar, open living area with fireplace and a spacious dining area that overlooks the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, icemaker, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Two elegant bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, and a powder room are also located on this floor.
The third floor offers two luxurious master suites and a second laundry room. Main master suite has sitting area, a Jacuzzi garden tub, separate shower, and a private balcony with dramatic Gulfviews. Both master suites offer double vanities. No Smoking and No Pets. Square Footage: 3,534 Heated

We had such a wonderful time, not only because of the lovely accomodations, the beautiful gulf water and beaches because it afforded my family and I to spend a week with one another. I got to spend a week of beaching at Costa Del Mar. What a great house! The elevator made unloading a breeze. Everyone had their own big bedroom My Mom loved the gated neighborhood and felt very safe with the big gates. The location made shopping a breeze. It was close to everything. I did not want to leave on Saturday, but Mom and Dad promised that we could come back next year.

Our family visted Destin and stayed at Costa Del Mar the week of Aug. 11th, 2008. Costa Del Mar was by far the nicest property our family had vacationed at. Its private, gated setting in Destiny By The Sea made you feel as though you were miles away from a popular resort area and were simply relaxing at a friend's home on the beach. The home was exceptionally well decorated and there was considerably more space than our family needed. While we usually dine out every night on vacation, the gourmet kitchen provided a great focal point for cooking in and entertaining. The Master suite was absolutely stunning. Costa Del Mar offered us everything we could possibly want, plus the beach was among the best we've ever been to. It was the best time we spent at Costa Del Mar that will bring us back. Mark

Costa del Mar is a beautifully appointed home with great beach access and beautiful sunsets. I felt very relaxed and pretty special. This is a great family or shared family vacation home. I must add, I love the heated pool.

Costa Del Mar is a beautiful home, but lots of things broken! From day 1 as we begun to explore the home we started a list of all that was not working properly. Starting with the icemaker on the Main fridge in the kithcen. Hot summer days require cold drinks with ice right? well we had to go out daily and but bags of ice, what an inconvenience! 1st floor sofa bed broke, 1/2 bath exhaust broke & told never hooked up due to noise, would rather a noise, than smell! The large w & d on 3rd floor would have been convenient, if the dryer was hooked up and venting properly. All of our issues were addressed but most were not going to be fixed until following week. So basically our complaining only made things bettter for the future guests, not for our stay. Owners really need to do better at maintaining property, really a shame to let such a big beautiful house go down the drain. The kitchen faucet was loose and wobbly, we all joked that any day we would have a fountain in the kitchen when it finally broke loose. I mean it is the most used faucet in the house! Our family mad the best of it and enjoyed our week in Destin, we will return to Destiny by the Sea, but not to Costa Del Mar!! very disappointed for the amount of money we spent.

Costa del Mar is so nice. Very roomy and nicely decorated. I love the heated pool and the fact that you are a few steps from the beautiful white sand. This vacation home gives a new meaning to "RELAX"
