This beautifully decorated spacious townhome has been very well thought out to accommodate your every need. Built in 2004, it it still very new; the amenities and furnishings are the perfect fit to complete your ideal vacation in Park City!
Whether skiing in winter or golfing in summer, the location cannot be beat. Redstone Center (located within walking distance) offers ski/bike/golf shops (with rentals too), fantastic restaurants, Whole Foods Grocery Store, awesome retail clothing/gift boutiques, movies (coming soon: family center with bowling alley!), Starbucks and more! The famous Tanger Outlet Mall with Tommy Bahama, Columbia and over 200 other brand name shops are within a mile! The Gorgoza Tubing Hill is close by, Swaner Nature Preserve (snowshoeing, biking, cross country skiing, walking)is out your back door, the famous Utah Winter Olympic Sports Park is across the street...and all of this within 3 miles to The Canyons Resort, 6 miles to Park City Mountain Resort and 8 miles to Deer Valley Resort!!! WOW!
And the beauty of it all, is that if you decide to rent a car, which isn't even necessary as the city wide free shuttle has stops nearby, there is an attached heated garage (something you won't find a lot of in Park City). No shoveling out the snow in the morning, etc....just hop in, drive out onto your heated driveway, and 5 minutes later you are at our world renown slopes!!!
The townhome is lovely, and spacious enough for 4 adults or a small family to be very comfortable. Finishes such as Alder cabinets, custom faux painting and granite countertops provide the warmth and beauty that can really make a ski or golf trip so much more pleasurable to "come home" to after a day of fun. Master bathroom has a relaxing jetted tub & there is a queen size bed in the bedroom (also a TV/DVD). Second bedroom has 2 twins and full bathroom in hallway. Master, second Bedroom, two full bathrooms and Laundry room are all upstairs. Living room, full kitchen, patio are all on main level. Wonderful for small groups, couples or families! And in our sometimes hotter than average summers, the condo is equipped with air conditioning to keep things cool!
