Villamare is located in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, SC. (45 minutes from Savannah Airport).
This villa is a two bedroom, two bath condominium located in building #2 and is accessible by elevator or stairs. Villamare has a view of the ocean from the living room and from both balconies. The walk to the ocean and the outdoor pool & kiddie pool is 150 feet. The walk to Villamare Health club and indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness center is 50 feet.
This Villamare begins with a keyless entry to offer added security and ease as you come and go to the beach. Upon entering the condominium, the kitchen is appointed in crisp white cabinetry, Wolfgang Puck cookware, Pier One Plates and flatware, and Henckel Cutlery. The living area is newly decorated in micro suede sofa and zebra print chairs, contemporary art with a Moroccan armoire housing a TV and DVD. The master suite has a king size bedroom with garden tub, private full bath and balcony with French doors leading to the living area. The second master suite has two queen beds, private bath, private balcony, refrigerator, microwave, TV and DVD. Great care has been given in selecting new mattresses, duvets, and linens so yours nights are as enjoyable as your days.
Villamare is a Premiere Oceanfront Resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, health club with indoor heated swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, and steam sauna and extensive workout facility. The workout facility includes ellipticals, treadmills, free weights and a strength training circuit. As a renter, feel free to use all the amenities seven days a week at no cost. As a renter, you will also receive two hours of free tennis per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
The outside pool is surrounded by a three tier deck for sunning and viewing the ocean. Palm trees clustered around the deck to provide shade for anyone who forgot their umbrella. Next to the large pool is a heated Jacuzzi, kiddie pool and a cabana. The outdoor pool is heated during the months of October, November, March, and April.
Palmetto Dunes (PD) offers the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, The Fazio Golf Course, The Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, Palmetto Dunes Outfitters and the General Store and Alexander’s Restaurants. PD offers a free shuttle bus service to local shops at Shelter Cover, Mall and Plaza, The Plantation Center and the PD Golf and Tennis Centers.
