Welcome to our home. We just completed a major renovation. The home is very trendy with lots of color on the walls. All new flooring, including large tile floors and carpeting. All the furniture is new and very comfortable, especially the new leather recliner. We have a new gaming (card table) that sits 5 people in comfortable adjustable chairs. The rear patio has a table and chairs, BBQ, Tiki Torches for the ambiance in the evening. The rear yard has 7 citrus tree's as well as a large Palm Tree. The front is very well landscaped with cactus and Palm Trees. The home is fully self contained all you need to bring is a book and toothbrushes. This is an awesome home that makes you smile when you enter the front door! THIS ... is truly what Arizona living is all about. Enjoy all the activities nearby or relax in this very peaceful, quiet neighborhood that is within one block of the golf course and community center.
This home also has a new golf cart and 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe available (for an additional fee) to save you lots of $$$ versus the rental car agencies. Just get a shuttle to our home and YOU'RE DONE.

There is a $500 deposit due on reservation and balance due within 60 days of occupancy for the monthly rental. There is a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. We accept checks, money orders, cashiers checks and PayPal.
