Welcome to our beautiful Black Butte Ranch Home! Our house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and backs up to US Forest Service land. The setting is spectacular with potential for viewing wildlife and maximum relaxation. It is just a short walk away from the new Glaze Meadow Sports Complex, complete with Spa, Jacuzzi and indoor and outdoor pool. Take a 5 minute morning walk for coffee and a newspaper! In the summer, while away the afternoon watching the quaking Aspen leaves from the hammock off the back deck.
Our home sleeps 8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed and private master bath. The lower level guest room also has a king bed and an adjoining half bath. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs. One with two twin beds, the other with a twin and one set of bunk beds. All the beds are very comfortable and will help you get a good nights sleep.
The kitchen is well equipped with a Jenn-Air range, KitchenAid Mixer and all the pots, pans and dishes you will need to feel at home. In the morning, the kitchen nook is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee and a newspaper while watching the deer as they quietly wander past. This is also a great place to gather for fun family meals.
The great room is a great place to gather with family or friends. There is also a game table, a small desk, cable TV, DVD, and new cozy furniture to read your favorite book in. Upstairs there is a loft with a second TV for VHS or DVD movies. This is a great area for the kids, when they aren't swimming or riding their bikes.

Why the Owner Chose Black Butte Ranch
A perimeter lot was a requirement for purchasing a home at the ranch. We wanted the privacy, quietness, and abundant viewing of wildlife. A feeling of a cabin in the woods.
The Unique Benefits at this House
So quiet and peaceful. But... close enough to the GM complex to walk, yet far away enough that you can't hear or see the activity around it.

This is a home away from home! Not only is it in a great location - end of a cul de sac & on the edge of the forest but it is fully stocked for your family. The owners have done such an incredible job of preparing this place for you and your family to enjoy. We have come back each year to this vacation spot and hope to continue to do so! Thank you again for sharing it with us.
