Located only a 1/2 block off the Mechem/Sudderth intersection, this cabin offers the Upper Canyon mountain feel but main street amenities! It is within walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery store, walking district shopping, Cree Meadows Golf Course and many other resort activities. The Ruidoso River is right across the street.
The cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a TV room (could be used as a 3rd bedroom), living/dining room combo, and kitchen. The interior has been freshly painted throughout. Nicely furnished and decorated, this rental has a very comfortable feel. There are new kitchen appliances (Gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher) All the linens are new. All the insulated windows have new, 2” blinds... in the bedrooms they are white and the living, dining and kitchen windows have natural wood. The bathroom has a new vanity with cultured marble top. The tub is a fiberglass tub/shower combo. The sofa and loveseat have been changed out with a leather set so the living room picture is a bit different from the way it looks now.
The exterior of the home has fresh paint and trim, a new roof and a beautiful flagstone patio. A cement walkway surrounds the cabin.
The lot has tall Ponderosa Pines as well as some other seasonal foliage and ivy.
Owner takes payment through Pay Pal, personal check (not confirmed rental until clears at bank)and cash.

We have lived and worked in the Ruidoso area for 34 years. We came to Ruidoso with Safeway Stores. The Mr. retired from the grocery business 4 years ago to become a full time contractor. 3 years ago we purchased another business in town with our son. The Mrs. is a licensed Realtor and has worked with CENTURY 21 Aspen Real Estate for the last 10 years. As you can see in our profile picture... our family ALSO likes staying in the cabin on special and fun weekends when not rented!
