Located only a 1/2 block off the Mechem/Sudderth intersection, this cabin offers the Upper Canyon mountain feel but main street amenities! It is within walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery store, walking district shopping, Cree Meadows Golf Course and many other resort activities. The Ruidoso River is right across the street.
The cabin has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath,living/dining room combo, and kitchen. The interior has been freshly painted throughout and has a very comfortable feel. There are new kitchen appliances (Gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher) All the insulated windows have 2” blinds. The home has a beautiful flagstone patio under the tall Pines and across the street from the Rio Ruidoso.
The lot has tall Ponderosa Pines as well as some other seasonal foliage and ivy.
Planning on skiing during the holiday?... There are ski schools for the toddlers to the "mature" folk... beginner to advanced. The Lodge has food and drinks. Don't want to ski but would like to take a trip up the condola? They do that too! FUN!!!!

We have lived and worked in the Ruidoso area for 34 years. We came to Ruidoso with Safeway Stores. The Mr. retired from the grocery business 4 years ago to become a full time contractor. 3 years ago we purchased another business in town with our son. The Mrs. is a licensed Realtor and has worked with CENTURY 21 Aspen Real Estate for the last 10 years. As you can see in our profile picture... our family ALSO likes staying in the cabin on special and fun weekends when not rented!
