We just got back from our stay in your house in Ruidoso. The house is absolutely wonderful--clean, beautiful, comfortable, well-laid out, great view, all the comforts of home. The photos on the website are great, but the actual house is even better. The view is fantastic and the neighborhood is so peaceful. The deer walk up and look in the kitchen window! We will absolutely choose to vacation here again. Sylvia was very helpful in answering any quesions we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

We recently stayed at this house for a week in June. We have stayed at many vacation houses through VRBO, and this was by far one of the best ones. We had no issues with the property and our security deposit was promptly refunded after our stay. The house is located in a great location on the North side of town. The breeze coming through the house during the day made the climate in the cabin very comfortable. Mule deer visited the area around the cabin daily. The owner of the house was very helpful and assessible. You will not regret your stay at this house. Very affordable too.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and friends have stayed in the Alpine Vista during every season of the year. Each visit was so awesome! The summer thundershowers echoed through the valley from our lovely perch on the mountain, Early spring with the occasional snow shower had us slumbering under the covers with the windows open. Winter gave us a delightful snow-filled white heaven where adults and children alike made snow angels. The colorful foilage and cool breezes during the Fall season found us basking in the warmth of the hot tub as we watched the deer watching us. We wondered if they were as delighted to see us as we were to see them! Probably not so much! Ruidoso, NM is a lovely little town in the mountains with activities to keep everyone interested. We searched the area well before choosing the Alpine Vista as our home away from home. The owners, Jardon and Sylvia Boehme, are such gracious hosts. We have always found the Vista to be very well maintained and unfailingly spic and span. Stay at the Alpine Vista--you'll love it and will want to return again and again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

About the owner: Hi, My name is Sylvia Lynn and my husband Jardon and I are the proud owners of this beautiful cabin in Ruidoso. I am a retired educator and enjoy visiting with people about Ruidoso and our house. Our 3 year old grandaughter took this picture!
