We were looking for a location that was easy to get to, has waterfront access and is close to snow skiing to make it a year round location. We found all of it at Dover Bay just 3 miles from Sandpoint, Idaho.

We are Mark and Lisa Hensley and we live in Spokane, WA about 80 miles from Dover Bay Resort. Lisa is a real estate agent and Mark works for a development company. This is our 2nd home and we enjoy any opportunity to stay in our condo to get away from the stresses of work. We hope that you will feel the same way as we do when during your stay.
