New three bedroom home minutes from the beach located in Loreto Bay which is just 10 minutes south of the town of Loreto and 5 minutes from the International Airport. It has access to all resort amenities including pools, bar & cafe, palapa usage, poolside lounge chairs, kayeks, snorkel gear, and championship 18 hole golf course.
The two story home is approximately 2200 square feet and has three bedrooms. The upsatirs master suite has a king-size bed with sitting room and includes a large bathroom with dual sinks, step-in shower and double door closet. The sitting room includes pull-out queen sofa, TV and DVD player. The upstairs bedroom opens up to a large deck with fabulous views of the Sierra de la Giganta mountian and the Sea of Cortez. It includes a large table which seats 6 and 2 chaise lounges. The pergola has a cook center with sink and BBQ. It is great for entertaining or a quiet dinner spot to relax at the end of the day.
Downstairs There are three sets of French doors which open up to the interior courtyard and fountain from the living area with its beautiful saltillo tile flooring and wood beamed ceiling. There is a large screen TV, DVD player, stereo, local Mexican phone, US/Canada phone and Wi-Fi. The house is furnished with custom made wood furniture made by a local craftsman. There are 2 master bedrooms downstairs each with large bathrooms. Both bedrooms have designer bedding, luxurious linnens, TV and DVD player. The baths each have dual sinks, step in showers, hair dryers and luxurious towels. One bath downstairs has a soaking tub and the other a double door closet.
The kitchen has upgraded granite counters and travertine floors. It has a eat-in breakfast bar with custom made barstools. It is a fully equipped kitchen, just like home. The breakfast nook has a large wood table which seats 8.
All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning and heating. The casa includes a washer/dryer, beach towels for pool or beach and floats.
Activities in the area include scuba diving, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, golf, tennis, and at certain times of the year whale watching. A great vacation getaway!

This was our second stay in this home in Loreto and we had a great time. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. This will probably be an annual trip for us.

Spending 3 months in Loreto was a great experience. The house was beautiful and included everything we could possibly need to make our stay enjoyable. We hope to come back again soon.
