Don't give up vacations during this tough economy. Time for relaxation in more important than EVER! Stay in our condo for LESS ~ There isn't a better deal than this at any hotels in the area. Save money by eating in and invite friends/family who can share in the nightly rate. There is plenty of room. Great room for kids or grandkids to share with two bunks. Spectacular Ocean Front view from Master bed and living room. Fifth floor unit so the view of the ocean and the gorgeous sunrises are unobstructed. Secured Condo in gated community and underground parking.

Spacious living area is beautifully decorated with a sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors lead to a covered balcony with breath taking view of the most beautiful Beach and Pools. Oversized Kitchen with Breakfast Bar/Counter. Dining Room table seats six. Outdoor gazebo adjacent to pool and hot tub has an oversized gas grill that is open for guest use, along with a wet bar area and sink. The seating area in the gazebo is very comfortable and has ceiling fans so that even on the hottest Florida days there is still a breeze moving at all times.
Surf Club II is located on A1A just 1 mile south of Marineland in Palm Coast, Florida. From I-95 take exit 305 and go left, follow signs to Marineland. Surf Club II is just 20 minutes south of historic St. Augustine. Orlando and Disneyworld are 60 minutes south. Daytona is only 30 minutes away. The World Golf Hall of Fame, deep sea fishing, and much more you'll find it all within easy drive. Surf Club II has 24 hour guarded security, oceanfront pools and fitness center, covered parking, lighted tennis courts, and bike paths. Surf Club II also has an environmentally protected nature preserve on the intracoastal waterway with fishing pier and boat slips.

We have just returned home after spending 3 wonderful months in this special condo. Loved the view of the ocean and the relaxing sound of listening to the waves while sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony. The condo is comfy and very family friendly ~~~ We will be returning. P.S. The owners are great and were always willing to assist when needed.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We can't thank you enough for sharing your home with us. The unit was clean, everything was in working order and we had everything we needed to live comfortably for our week away. The grounds of this property are gorgeous and we enjoyed several nights cooking out under the gazebo on the grill. Most evenings ended with a long soak in the hot tub by the pool. I would recommend this place to all who are looking to relax and take in area attractions. there is so much to do in the area. Plus, the cost is the best deal we have found for the amenities! My wish is that your stay in our rental is peaceful and fulfilling.
