We chose Panama because of the diversity and beauty of the country as well as its close proximity to the U.S. This area is very quiet and quaint however very close to every amenity you could ever want including a 24 hour grovery store , walk to a fish market down the beach. It's not a tourist only town - it's a great mix of North Americans and people from around the world , each willing to share a story or two
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We designed and built this amazing beach Villa to be a practical living space, but wanted to bring the outdoors in. Each enclosed area is connected with an outdoor balcony or terrace, and guests simply love our property. We are 100 meters from the local fish co-op market, and there are about 10 really good local and foreign restaurants within 3 miles.
We love our property because of its proximity to the beach. Being on a hill overlooking the ocean, and experiencing the fresh breeze is simply amazing. It is also centrally located so that we can enjoy the benefits of a world class city, and the beautiful surrounding country side.

We spent 2 weeks in Panama, and loved the combo deal where we were able to split our vacation between the beach and the city. Spacious and clean and in a great location; the space was really beautiful. We left our luggage at the beach, and then spent 3 nights in the city. The Beach Villa is wonderful, and located close to shopping markets and local stores. Our host was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Panama.

Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful beach Villa. This was our 1st, but certainly not our last trip to Panama. We loved your place, and appreciated all the amenities, and a special thanks for all the advice you have given us. We are glad we did not rent a car, as taxis were easy to find. We go back to Panama every winter, and this wonderful Villa is always our first choice (if available). We just love this place,and the combo deal of the city apt is awsome. The amazing ocean view, the green areas, the fish market, the restaurants, the daily trips, the Infinity pool right outside the front door. Simply a great, and VERY romantic beach Villa. My boyfriend and I chose to stay here because the pictures were so beautiful, and I'm so glad we picked it, the place is even more gorgeous in real life! You can see the ocean from the villa, and the front door is almost completely obscured by flowers. There's an infinity pool right outside, with a view of the ocean... neighbors are nice and respectful; there is also a watchman at the community entrance, and we always felt safe. Shops, restaurants, and markets were close enough to walk to. We had fresh, cheap fish, avocados, coconuts, etc. any time we wanted. The owner made us feel very welcome, and was always helpful. They also had a washer and a dryer which we definitely appreciated! All and all it was a lovely, relaxing vacation in what felt like paradise. We loved it!

My wife and I stayed at this beach villa for one week and had a great stay. The villa is well furnished and equipped with everything one needs to live. The views are even better than what is shown on the add. 2 shopping malls, and a ton of restaurants, all within a 5 minutes drive. The area is very safe and has a really great community. It´s just a quick 2 minute walk to the ocean. For sure great value for the price, if we ever come back to Panama, we will stay here again.

We were very happy to find a host with a deep since of customer service. Firstly, all our communication was by emails, and all were promptly answered. Our host, did his best to accommodate us, again, superlative customer service. Within Casa Grande, 19 or so units, our rental location was by far the best. The ocean view was spectacular, and the nightly sound of it crashing on shore was really special. In addition, at night, we could sit in the yard unseen by the other units, and sip champagne. The privacy was an extra special treat, as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. The only flinch, was the shower water presure, and the maid who prepped the unit; her work was unenthusiastic, leaving us to recleaning some areas. Although we were invited to use another of our host's units, there too the maid had taken shortcuts. But as, always, our host stepped up with customer service, inspected our concerns, and give us a partial refund. I am told he has replaced that cleaning crew. We would certainly return. There was a lot of bang for the buck with this unit, and great memories.
