If you are looking for a vacation treat, this fantastic beach property with its panoramic ocean view is the number #1 choice among discerning travelers. Best of all, this property can be scaled in size, to accommodate larger groups and budgets.

Experience the BEACH LIFE! (I can honestly say that when you inquire about our property, chances are that we were there this last weekend with friends. We love it and think you will too!) We WALK mornings or afternoons on the wide sandy Gorgona beach; we SWIM once or twice a day in the infinity pool right outside the front door. Sometimes we visit the EXOTIC ZOO in El Valle, or EXPLORE local towns. And, mmmmmm, there's nothing like FRESH FISH TACOS when you get the fish right from the cooperative fishermen's market in the early mornings (200 meters away).

THE MAIN HOUSE: sleeps 2-4, with one large master bedroom with quality mattress, high quality linens and one bath, and a sofa bed in the living room provides the extra sleeping for two. It also comes with a custom designed all wood kitchen with marble countertop, patio dining and a fully tiled bathroom. The breezy main house also includes a 42” plasma TV with cable, air conditioning, ceiling fans and high speed broadband internet keep you comfortable and connected. Your front door is only steps away from our infinity pool.

THE GUEST HOUSE: If our main 1000 SF main house is not large enough for you, we have built an additional 700 SF Guest House of airy living space including an ocean view bedroom with king sized bed, quality mattress, high quality linens, all tiled bathroom, and multipurpose room featuring a custom wood kitchenette, 32” plasma TV with cable and sofa bed with trundle. This lovely section of the villa can sleep an additional 2-4 people. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and high speed broadband internet keep you comfortable and connected. (Extension rate: $300 weekly).

Suitability
- No Pets Allowed: Sorry. Due to allergies we cannot accomodate pets.
- Kid Friendly: This home easily accomodates couples traveling alone or together, or two small families in our two separate fully equipped suites including kitchens. With a yard, the infinity pool outside the front door, and the beach one block away - individual couples or families are well-suited for our property.
