Beachwalk is a beautiful gated community with 24 hour security, conveniently located on Vanderbilt Beach Road. Vanderbilt Beach is only 6/10 of a mile away. The beach has restrooms, chairs/umbrellas, snacks, bike racks and parking. Our community features a heated pool, hot tub, 6 tennis courts, bocce ball, club house and fitness room.
Our single family home is beautiful open, light & airy with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage, private courtyard with a delightful, private hot and cold outdoor shower. The large private lanai runs the length of our house w/ Tropitone patio furniture, a dining table, Weber grill, ceiling fans & private yard. New 24 in. tile throughout, plantation shutters, and vaulted ceilings. Ceiling fans and TV's in every room New custom sofas and a dining table for 8. Wireless internet, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD player, Bose Surround Sound & a Bowflex machine. We have included 2 bikes, beach towels, chairs, coolers & umbrella for the ultimate vacation. We are walking distance to the beach, Ritz Carlton, groceries, shopping and many restaurants. We have every amenity you need here, as this is also our vacation home.

The master suite features a new adjustable pillow top queen bed, walk in closet, & 100% cotton high thread count sheets. The master bath has been remodeled with custom cabinets, dressing vanity, soaking tub, separate shower & private toilet.

The first guest bedroom features 2 double beds. The second has a comfortable queen Murphy bed and desk. The guest bath has a tub shower, updated tile & custom vanity

Kitchen: eat in, new tile, newer appliances, white cabinets & counters. Built in microwave, ice maker & water in refrigerator. We have a fully stocked kitchen with every amenity for a gourmet meal including: Blender, Cuisinart Cookware, Cuisinart Coffee Maker, Knives, Waffle Maker, Griddle, Juicer, Tupperware, All Utensils, Spices, and much more.
