First of all, a 180 degree view of Lemon Bay with boat dock so bring your own boat for direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Second, almost 1,700 s/f of living area featuring living/dining room combo (hardware flooring), breakfast nook, full kitchen all overlooking the view of the bay. Three bedrooms featuring a king bed in master, two twins in the guest, day bed in second guest and a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements if necessary.
The exterior features a lanai almost the full width of the home with outside shower, stand alone hot tub and plenty of sitting, eating and playing area in between. A beautiful solar heated pool is right off the lanai but connected and it features a complete view of the Bay. Seawall features a boat dock with additional boat ties along the wall for additional boats to tie up.
Sets back from the main road and drive dead ends at property. Access to the Gulf Coast and Englewood Beach is only a short walk across the road or a short boat trip down Lemon Bay to the Gulf.

The small, beachfront town of Englewood sits right on Lemon Bay. Widely known as one of Florida’s best-kept secrets, the town of Englewood has four pristine beaches great for swimming, shelling, sunbathing, boating, fishing, and scuba diving, snorkeling or hiking along the ocean’s edge. The sun sparkles off turquoise Lemon Bay during the day and at dusk, the sunsets are unbelievable.
