Welcome!! Our 6 bedroom/ 4 bath home lovingly referred to as "Vacationer's Paradise" has been professionally decorated with only the finest home furnishings. This home is perfect for everyone including families, golf groups, honeymooners, or even executive retreats. The backyard includes an extended screened in/brick pavered lanai with a private pool and spa. Enjoy lounging on the patio furniture after a swim under the covered lanai. To add to the desirability of this home, the front exterior faces a lovely grassy park area.
The six bedroom home was built in 2007 and it is truly beautiful. Windsor Hills is one of the most sought after and highly desirable communities closest to Disney World. It has five star quality resort features and has a 24 hour guard gated entrance. Just look at some of these high end features: tile roof, 17 inch ceramic tile in all wet and main living areas, neutral carpet; crown molding, arched wall niches, fabulous kitchen, and a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The kitchen is nicely appointed. It has 42 inch maple cabinets; GE stainless steel appliances - a side by side refrigerator, microwave, flat top glass range, dishwasher, disposal; granite countertops; and a pantry. Enter out into the pool area from the eat-in kitchen area.
Upstairs are two master suites with king-sized beds w/ 20" LCD Cable TV/DVD and en suite bathrooms. Also upstairs are two children's themed bedrooms (Cars and Disney) with twin beds, both w/ 20" Cable TV; plus another large bedroom with queen-sized bed, w/ 20" Cable TV w/DVD. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed w/ 20" Cable TV w/DVD and has the bathroom right next door.
All bedrooms have a cable TV. The family room includes 46" LCD cable TV, DVD, and stereo system. For your convenience, movie rentals are available on site in the clubhouse. We also provide high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the home.
Windsor Hills is a gated resort with a 24-hour manned entrance. Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground. There is an enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, video game area, well supplied sundry shop, fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high definition surround sound movie theater. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! Windsor Hills has all the amenities of a five-star hotel or resort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home.
In addition to Walt Disney World being less than five minutes away from the resort, Universal Studios and Sea World are also close by, just 15 minutes away. There is also a vast assortment of golf, shopping, and dining options nearby.
We have an experienced local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that may arise during your stay. Provided are fresh linens and towels.
