Welcome to our luxurious 7th floor, 2 bedroom, 3 bath Mediterranean villa right on Cabo’s most famous Medano Beach. Only 5 minutes by taxi to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Feel like walking? Downtown is a short 25 minute stroll and only 10 minute walk to “The Office”.
Being on the 7th (of eight) Floor provides you with fantastic unobstructed views (much better than lower unit-possibly obstructed views) overlooking Medano Beach, Sea of Cortez, Lands End and all of the pools and spas.
What is also great about our 2200 sq. ft., 5 star villa is that since we’re on the west side, you don’t have the hot afternoon sun baking down on your own huge terrace. Enjoy your early mornings and afternoons in comfort.
Accommodations? Absolutely GORGEOUS! With travertine floors, marble and granite throughout, Mediterranean furniture, TV’s, and DVD players, your vacation will be nothing but high class.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ grill on the balcony for your own private use just in case you prefer to dine in.
Are you coming with another couple or how about your in-laws? Perfect! Our villa is separated into two villas. A and B sides provide couples with their own privacy (lock-off). The A side being the largest, has the kitchen, dining and living room with a pull-out couch, master bedroom with king size bed, master bath, and 2nd bath. The B side has a large sized bathroom, two queen beds and sitting area. The condo can sleep 6-8 comfortably.
First time in Cabo? No Worries! We’ve put together our own personal list of things to do while you are there. Great restaurants, sightseeing trips, what fishing boats to charter, discounted and secure transportation from the airport and hints and tips about Cabo like what not to do when you arrive at the airport, where to shop for groceries, how to tip, etc.
Don’t drink the water? Sure you can! Villa La Estancia is one of the few resorts in the area that has its own purification systems for drinking water and swimming pools.
Sooooo, there you have it! This is one of Cabo’s most exclusive resorts and better yet, extremely reasonable rates, especially for several couples and children.
