Everything has been added to this superb house to ensure that your stay is one you will never forget. As you enter this prestigious gated subdivision you will be greeted with the elegant gold dolphin fountains just before the amenity filled clubhouse! From the tennis and volleyball courts, community pool, a children's play area to the many trails for jogging/hiking, Emerald Island Resort has it all and is suitable for any age. Upon entering this lavish accommodation you'll first come to the family room, opening up to the dining room with a large bay window. The fully equipped kitchen is situated further back with a cozy breakfast nook with all the comforts of home. The spacious lounge has a 50 inch HDTV with cinema quality surround sound, DVD player and a variety of classic movies. One of the master suites is located downstairs with an enormous garden tub and walk-in shower including its own door to the pool. All of the other bedrooms are found upstairs, which are; the second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower, the Queen Bedroom, the Disney themed bedroom with two twin beds and the Mickey Mouse bathroom to go with it. There are also two bedrooms with two twins in each, one of them fit for a princess, which both have access to their own separate bathroom.
This home has the added benefit of FREE UNLIMITED long distance & International telephone calling and a computer with high speed internet too. A games room that provides you with endless entertainment such as a PS2 with gaming chair, pool table, electronic dart board, air hockey table, TV, stereo, couch set and a selection of board games for those evenings spent relaxing at home. We purchased this vill in 2008 and have spent many weeks up grading this home, we go over to the property several times a year to ensure that it looks great at all times.
Why the Owner Chose Emerald Island Resort
After looking for 3 years we bought in Emerald Island because it was very clean and near all the attractions, we also liked the idea of the gated community for security should.
