While visiting our property you will feel like you are staying at your own private resort located in the heart of the desert. The home sits on a 1/2 acre lot with beautiful mountain views. While we have a beautiful home, the backyard is what sets this property apart from others.
You will enjoy a large custom saltwater pool & hot tub with several water features, a covered outdoor living area with custom fireplace, heat lamp and cable. Enjoy watching sports while sitting in the hot tub or catching up with friends around the outdoor fireplace. The large park-like back yard is surrounded by a six foot wall which makes it very private and safe for kids & dogs.
It is a wonderful property for entertaining and can easily accommodate up to 50 people for private catered functions (call for pricing), such as rehearsal dinners and small weddings. The home has two master suites at opposite ends of the house. Living/ Dining areas have large vaulted ceiling and are open to the kitchen.
Lots of sunlights and windows. French doors open off the kitchen/dining area out to our oasis.
Our property sits on the border of Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert tucked away in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to "The River" and many local restaurants, day spas, shopping, theaters, resorts and hiking trails. Located within 2 miles of Eisenhower Medical Center, McCallum Theater, El Paseo, Westfield Mall and 20 minutes to Palm Springs Airport.

We just returned from a 5 day stay and I can't say enough good things about this house. We traveled with five adults, two 5-yr olds, and two one year olds. We all had plenty of space (the babies slept in the master suits with the parents). We never felt crowded- the master suites are on total opposite ends of the house and the rooms are all spacious. The best part of the property is the backyard- we LOVED it! It was extremely hot while we were there so the pool was too warm at certain points during the day, but it felt great at night- we swam until 11pm most nights and it was like a bathtub. This is a great pool for kids, the tanning shelf is like a toddler pool with tons of space and an umbrella. There was plenty of shade under the patio and lots of seating areas- it was so hot that we didn't really enjoy the outdoors too much unless we were in the pool, but the fireplace area would be perfect for cooler nights. I don't know if its a seaonal thing, but there were so many ant hills in the yard that we had to avoid the grass- (we all got bit at some point) but the kids didn't seem to mind since they were only interested in the pool! The owner, Kelly, responded quickly to all my emails and Alfredo the pool guy was awesome! We didn't really leave the house except to hit Costco, but The River was very close- we would have loved to have walked there if it wasn't so hot. We loved this house and can't wait to come back next year.

This home was perfect! We just stayed last week 7/6-7/10 and had the best time. There were 5 adults and four kids ages 10 months to 5 years. The house was kid friendly with so much room to move around with a spacious backyard. The pool and jacuzzi is where we spent the most time. We can't wait to have a girls trip and another family trip at this very same location. It's located off Hwy 11 and Bob Hope Drive, close to "The River" that has shops & restaurants. You can walk, but if you have small children driving is easier and safer. The neighborhood was very quite and lovely. I would reccommend this to all my friends and family.

We stayed at this property for a week in February 2011. To describe it as a wonderful experience is an under statement. The home was everything and more than the description. It is well located and convenient to everything. The backyard is incredible with the pool, hot tub and outdoor dining area with gas fireplace. Oranges and lemons are in abundant quantities on trees around the wall lining the yard. The interior of the home is very well done and comfortable. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious. While we were there, we took a couple of day trips, but spent most of our vacation enjoying this mini-resort. We would recommend this property without reservation.

Incredible property in a prime Desert location! I have been vacationing in the Desert for the past 15 years and this is my favorite place for numerous reasons. This home has everything you could possibly want including privacy. Ideal for a family vacation or a special event. My favorite time was waking up having coffee by the pool and looking at the Mountains as the sun rose. Sitting in the hot tub with the fireplace on was a close second. My children loved the pool and the huge yard. I cant wait to spend another week here! Perfect getaway!
