Welcome to my beautiful condo at Palm Valley Country Club..It is located on the 16th tee. Watching the golfers tee off is so much fun. It is so refreshing to sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful fairway and mountains to the north.
The condo has been given a lot of TLC recently. This is "my home away from home"
The pool and Jacuzzi is just a 20 Yard walk away.
The unit has been completely remodeled. New high end furnishings everywhere. A brand new kitchen with granite countertops, all new appliances and beautiful lighting. (Pictures to come.)The 2 patios have new Mexican-like tiles. A very cozy, home-like atmosphere. You won't want for anything.
The master bedroom has 2 twin beds pushed together. A full dresser, and cable with digital recording TV. The master bath has a tub/shower and a huge mirrored closet.
The living room/dining room are beautifully decorated with all new furniture. A very nice fan/lamp is over the dining room table.
The entertainment center has a new Toshiba 37" flat screen TV
and DVD.
The kitchen is completely equipped. The refrigerator doesn't have an ice maker. A possible bummer..
There is wonderful SHOPPING near bye and hiking galore. The Living Desert Museum is always a pleasure to visit and all of the art galleries on El Paseo are wonderful to brouse through. The weekend street fair at the College of the Desert is alway fun and of course you can't beat the weather.
PVCC has a private Spa that can be used by guests for a fee.

- The condo has been completely redone. New everything, paint, furniture, lamps, dishes, toaster oven, linens, etc. Finished Nov. 21st. It is perfectly located. Patio is right on the 16th tee. Beautiful view of the fairway, and the mountains to the North. There is a charming courtyard as you enter where you can BAR B Q and have cocktails. It is just a 20 yard walk to the Pool and Jacuzzi. Come and enjoy.
