The Monroe townhome is situated west of Kissimmee and is a short 14 minute drive from the Disney attractions. Easy access from either Sanford or Orlando International Airport. All the conveniences that you may need are close at hand, only minutes to various supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets and shops. Only 2/3 minutes from the main Interstate Highway I-4.
The villa will sleep 10 people, it is fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. There are 2 large double master bedrooms both with en suite bathroom and 2 further twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom. There is a large living area with cable TV and a separate dining room. The kitchen is spacious and fitted with every modern appliance you will need to enjoy your stay including dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer with auto ice making feature. Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
