Enjoy fabulous mountain and cascading waterfall views from this picturesque location next to the Makai Golf Course. Attention to detail is obvious throughout this newly built, two-level town home. Carefully chosen windows coverings, furniture, art and accessories add both elegance and comfort to help guests feel right at home. A stunning entryway, wide staircase and gorgeous flower arrangements throughout this lovely home create a memorable experience.

The living area is approximately 1800 square feet. Rooms are spacious with many windows to bring the beautiful scenery indoors. Relax on your 2 private lanais on the upper level and patio on the lower level. This is a wonderful place to start the day with morning coffee, relax during the day and enjoy colorful sunsets in the evenings.

The great room and all bedrooms feature flat screen TVs, DVD players. A CD/Cassette player is also provided.

Meals and snacks can be prepared easily at home. A fully stocked food market is within 2 miles or you may shop for fresh local ingredients at one of Kauai's open-air markets.

Both large master bedrooms feature air conditioners/dehumidifiers, king-sized beds, beautiful tropical furniture, Hawaiian art, dual vanity bathrooms with marble counter tops, and plenty of closet space. The upper master bedroom suite has a small private lanai, ceiling fan and glass block shower. The lower master bedroom suite includes a Jacuzzi tub, sitting/reading area, and patio with 2 chaise lounges.

The third bedroom can serve as an office with a small desk/chair and wireless high-speed internet connection with a ink jet printer or as a bedroom with a full-size sofa bed and dresser enabling you to accommodate up to 6 people in your party. This room also includes a ceiling fan and Sony TV/DVC player.

You are welcome in our island home where a variety of games are included for your enjoyment. A collection of books on trails, activities, restaurants, maps, as well as a small selection of paperback novels is also provided.

  • This is our 5th time staying in this unit and it continues to be as comfortable as home. The owners are very accommodating. I have always enjoyed the beautiful art work on the walls and our family appreciates the two master suites with King Beds. Coming from Colorado we use the Air Conditioning more then expected. Not many units have both comfortable King Beds and Air Conditioning. This unit is perfectly located in the Villas of Kamalii. It is very private and quite, off of the main road in the complex and only one row of townhomes from the pool. The views from the 3 Lanais are spectacular. This visit the waterfalls were particularly outstanding and I felt like I could touch them while eating breakfast on the Lanai. I cannot wait to go back next year.

  • The owners thought of EVERYTHING! We have now visited twice and found the accommodations, the location and the ambiance perfect. The home was comfortable and equipped with all that we needed (even chairs for the beach). The owners put together an information booklet that answered all our questions (even the ones we didn't know we had). The only negative was the reality that it had to end. We will certainly use this condo again in the future.
