"2010" SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL SPECIAL. Available for the first week of Sundance FF 2010. Friday Jan. 22 4 PM thru Friday Jan 29 11 AM. Two BR, 2 Bath prestige unit in the heart of Main St. Park City, Utah. Take in the award winning films and enjoy skiing on the best snow on earth.
The unit sleeps 4 in beds, 4 in sofa beds with two window seats that can be used for sleeping for a total of 10 sleeping accommodations. Master BR has king size bed, Jacuzzi tub, two lavs, separate shower and cable TV. Lock-off room has separate entrance, queen size bed, sleeper couch, kitchenette, breakfast table, separate bathroom with shower, and cable TV.
In between the two bedrooms is a large living room with a sleeper couch and cable TV. Adjoining is a kitchen dining area with full kitchen utensils and seating for 8 at the dining table.
Summit Watch is at the base of Main St. with the city lift to the ski resort right across the street and all the restaurants, shops and clubs within walking distance. The resort has underground parking, but if you don't want to bring your car, free mass transit is provided through out the Park City area and its three ski resorts. The resort has 24 hour full service front desk staff along with concierge, exercise room, indoor/outdoor heated pool and several hot tubs around the pool. You won't find a better location or facility in Park City for Sundance or a ski week. Other unit available Jan 29 to Feb 5.

Year Purchased: 1995
I work as Director of Operations for a private Law School on the west coast of Florida. My wife is a retired professor. My wife and I worked in Salt Lake City for 14 years before her retirement three years ago. We got into Park City winter sports and the Sundance Film Festival while living in SLC and decided to buy a time share, so we would have a place to stay when ever we wanted to avail ourselves of Sundance and snow fun. We ended up buying two units, so our kids and friends could join us. When we are not using the units we try to rent them out.

After much investigation we came to the conclusion that Marriott Summit Watch offered the best combination of a a first class facility, service, roomyness and location than any of the many facilities in Park City. So, we bought a unit and liked it so much we bought another.

Summit Watch has the space and roomyness of a large condo with many of the amnities you find in a first class hotel. You have 24 hour desk front service if anything goes wrong, along with a concierge service, large outdoor/indoor heated pool, six hot tubs around the pool, city ski lift across the street from the condo, a vey walkable main street with more shops and dining options than you could ever use in a week, free trolly and bus service through the whole resort area...Oh! and did I mention, "the best snow on earth."
