This two story home has two bedrooms upstairs with half bath. Downstairs has one full bath with washer and dryer. All linens and towels included. Extra large kitchen opens to outdoors with Koa table and chairs,range, refrigerator,icemaker, microwave oven, t.v., Dvd.,Internet cable, with two pullout single day beds. All utensils, Tile floors,rug. Living room complete with Hawaiian rattan furniture, high ceiling, Koa staircase, ceramic tile floors. A/C. Propane barbecue, awning shade cover on driveway. Parking for four cars in secured electric gated area. Two outside showers. This cottage is located behind resident owner's home on Makaha Surfing Point. We have our own sandy beach to sunbath!! There is no direct ocean view from cottage. Great mountain view, and easy access to beach. My wife and I have lived here since 1991. We have two Golden Retriever dogs. Our beachfront location is approximately 200 yards from the park and world famous Makaha Surfing Beach!!
