This is a very special home which will provide a wonderful base for your Naples vacation. It is very close to downtown Naples and those magnificent beaches yet has a quiet tropical setting overlooking a lake and natural preserve. There are few rental homes that offer the space and luxury you will find in this home. Set on two levels, it is over three thousand square feet and offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, a family room and both formal and informal dining areas. The level of upgrades is a particular feature - brick driveway, granite kitchen, tile and wood floors and plantation shutters all add to the upscale tropical ambience. Upstairs, the master bedroom and bathroom are particularly special. There is a balcony with magnificent views just off the bedroom and the bathroom is a haven of luxury and peace. And downstairs, large sliding doors head to the large, heated pool, spa and lanai, again overlooking the lake and preserve. This is fully equipped for outside dining and lounging and is a restful retreat to come home to.
This home is located in Glen Eagle, a golf and country club with excellent facilities. Golf is of course available as is tennis, a fitness center, clubhouse etc. The superb amenities of downtown Naples and the beaches are just eight minutes away. Our eight miles of beaches are therefore easily accessible and we will be happy to direct you to the best spots. Naples is known for the ambience of the downtown area - we point you in the direction of the best shops and restaurants. We provide a detailed guide to Naples for all our guests. This home is excellently managed by our home managers who live just across the road.
