Welcome to the biggest bargain in Guanajuato vacation rentals! Perfect for one or two people, our newly renovated two-room apartment is bright, quiet, spacious, and secure.
The apartment is situated on a quiet, private street in the Presa neighborhood of Guanajuato, an easy fifteen-minute stroll from the center of town. All the language schools are within walking distance, and three of the best restaurants in town are less than ten minutes away.
A private entrance and a plant-lined patio lead to the apartment. The main room is the living/dining/kitchen area, with rustic Mexican furnishings, a garden view, and modern appliances. The bedroom is furnished with a brand-new double bed, a large closet, and a nightstand. The bathroom is decorated with traditional Mexican talavera tile.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove and oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, and complimentary purified water. Wireless broadband Internet service is available at no extra charge if you have your own WiFi-equipped laptop or smartphone. Secure off-street parking is available.
Your hosts live right next door. He's American, she's Mexican, and we're both bilingual. We're happy to offer tips on Guanajuato restaurants, language schools, and things to see and do around town.
The apartment is self-service. We supply fresh linens weekly. Smoking on the patio only, please.
A word about our town: Guanajuato is the ideal vacation spot for the visitor who wants to see the "real" Mexico. Though large enough to offer a wealth of museums, restaurants, and shopping, this historic colonial city is also small enough to be friendly and accessible to the first-time visitor. It's the perfect place to learn Spanish, too, either at the University of Guanajuato or at a number of independent language schools. The three-week International Cervantino Festival in October is the biggest and most important cultural festival in all of Latin America.
We’ll say it again: You won't find a better deal on a one-bedroom vacation rental in central Guanajuato.

Don and Gela are gracious hosts who provide a comfortable and convenient place to stay while you enjoy all that Guanajuato has to offer. You can walk or take a bus to all the major attractions, or enjoy some quiet time in a secluded patio that becomes a de facto third room of your apartment. My partner and I were happy to call this apartment our home for two weeks. We would look forward to a return visit at any time, and we would recommend these lodgings to others without hesitation.

Don and Gela, Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad. Guanajuato is marvelous, and we really enjoyed our time there. The apartment was perfect for us. It was everything you promised and then some.
