I decided to rent out my condo at the last minute-so I priced it the lowest in the complex to get it booked! Take advantage of this price--check the competition! February is already taken!
Set in the heart of the Tucson Foothills, this gated community is defined by open spaces and mature vegetation. Surrounded by Mountains and Natural Desert and minutes from Sabino Canyon there are endless hiking and biking trails nearby.
Within the community you will find a Large Clubhouse with space for entertaining and workout facilities.
There is also a pool, spa and tennis court at the clubhouse as well as a separate spa that happens to be just outside the front door of this condo- convenient and private!
The condo is approx. 1150 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both bathrooms have bath tubs w/shower, the master has a large garden tub and double sinks with a lot of counter space.
This condo was completely remodeled in 2006, with all new water heaters, air conditioning/heating, new floors, new cabinets, new counters and all new appliances. I have added designer paint colors and custom window coverings by Hunter Douglas.
The Kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances that include refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven/stove and dishwasher. I also have several small appliances which will come in handy like a blender, coffee maker, oven/toaster, and a small electric grill/Panini maker.
Just outside the main living area is a lovely patio that opens to a large grassy area where there is a charcoal grill. All the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you would expect are also available to you.
The floor plan is split with one bedroom and one bathroom on each side, perfect for 2 couples or even a small family. Each side has its own AC/heating unit and water heater for convenience and ease of sharing space.
Each bedroom has a queen bed and a dresser, the master has a large walk-in closet. There is a TV and cable box in the guest bedroom.
The living space is decorated beautifully with Crate and Barrel Furniture. There is a large sectional couch, a 42" Plasma Screen TV, coffee table and a large dining table. There is also a wood burning fireplace in the main living area.
The location of this complex is private and the setting is very peaceful and serene.
You can walk to the Arizona Pizza Company for great pizza, beer, pool tables and sports or you can drive or ride your bike to the corner of Sunrise and Kolb where there is a great Mexican food restaurant--famous in Tucson-El Charro, for Italian there is La Taverna or Piazza Gavi, for sushi there is Ginzu, for sports bar there is Risky Business, just to name a few of the restaraunts.
From this condo you are about a 5 minute drive from The world class resort at Ventana Canyon where there is Golf, Tennis, Spa and wonderful restaurants.
