  • Air Conditioning : Kauahle Makai is a rare gem on Maui. The complex offers Central Air Conditioning for your utmost comfort. The trade winds often provide the perfect breeze, but Central Air is also an option in this unit.
  • Linens Provided : There is a ample supply of new linens, bed sheets, pillows and pillow cases, bath and kitchen towels in the unit.
  • Elevator : There is an elevator in each building of Kauhale Makai that goes to every floor in the 6 story building. The interiors of the elevators were remodeled in 2009.
  • Washer : There are two brand new Maytag washers, one is a front load and the other is a top load and two large capacity dryers that are conveniently located directly across from the unit, in the laundry room. ($1.00 per load)
  • Dryer : There a two large capacity, Maytag Dryers conveniently located directly across from the unit, in the laundry ($1.00 per load).
  • Off Street Parking : Unit #534 has one assigned parking space that is close to the elevator that takes you directly to the 5th floor.
