- Air Conditioning: Kauahle Makai is a rare gem on Maui. The complex offers Central Air Conditioning for your utmost comfort. The trade winds often provide the perfect breeze, but Central Air is also an option in this unit.
- Washer: There are two brand new Maytag washers, one is a front load and the other is a top load and two large capacity dryers that are conveniently located directly across from the unit, in the laundry room. ($1.00 per load)
- Dryer: There a two large capacity, Maytag Dryers conveniently located directly across from the unit, in the laundry. $1.00 per load.
- Linens Provided: There is a ample supply of new, deluxe linens, bed sheets, pillows and pillow cases, bath and kitchen towels in the unit.
- Off Street Parking: Unit # 429 has one assigned parking space that is close to the elevator that takes you directly to the 4th floor.
- Elevator: There is an elevator in each building of Kauhale Makai that goes to every floor in the 6 story building. The interiors of the elevators are being replaced in 2009.

- Queen Bed: The New, Sealy Posturpedic, queen size bed directly faces the ocean.
- Convertible Bed: The deluxe futon in the front of the condo is top quality construction and has an over-sized, extra thick, very comfortable mattress. Linens and extra pillows are provided for extra guests. The unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people. There is a designer floor screen that can separate the futon bed from the unit for additional privacy.

- Cable/Satellite TV: Unit #429 comes with cable TV. The screen is wall mounted and on a swivel so you can view it from virtually any room in the condo or from the lanai.

There is a reverse osmosis water system built in the kitchen sink with new filters. This convenience saves you from having to purchase extra drinking water. The utensils and serving dishes are plentiful. You will find the unit well stocked and well maintained.
- Cooking Utensils Provided: The kitchen was set up by the owner and has many features that you would not normally find in a rental property. If there are any items that are not supplied that you would like during your stay, we will do our best to provide them for you.
- Refrigerator: There is a Stainless Steel Side by Side Refrigerator/Freezer with a cold water and Ice Dispenser built in the door.
- Dishwasher: The built in drawer dishwasher is ample for daily use and comes with detergent and rinse agent provided.

- This ocean front property was the personal home of the owner. It has many amenities that are above and beyond in a rental property. It was designed and built by Scott Williamson, and has every detail in the construction and furnishings. The scotch guard on each glass door gives you unlimited daytime indoor privacy; you can totally see out of the glass doors and no one can see in! The condo was completely rebuilt, remodeled and furnished in the last year. The ceilings were rebuilt with remote controlled ceiling fans and lights in every room, granite counters, S/S Refrigerator, Sharp drawer microwave, glass block tiles, diagonal tiled floors, private dining on the lanai, over sized tub with glass panel, high end fixtures, all new furniture, beds,linens. Many personal touches with beautiful art work and designer furnishings.
