Part of my family joined me for a week in your lovely home, well-equipped kitchen, large enough living room for us to be together in and a dining area flooded with sunlight and again comfortable for all of us. Convenient, most certainly so, to the pool, beach, tennis courts and open field. The owner was on top of all the arrangements, our arrival and questions. It was a dream trip for us and the comfortable home was at the center of our contentment.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time at your beautiful cottage. Your home is beautiful - clean, neat & comfortable. The pool was very enjoyable & convenient right outside our door. We grilled out several nights & relaxed by the poolside in the evenings. We enjoyed the beach being so close to our cottage. The beach is absolutely beautiful! We walked the beach in the mornings & evenings. BEAUTIFUL!! The cottage is very convenient to a shopping outlet mall & grocery. There are nice restaurants close by. We hope to come back next year and look forward to another "girls getaway" at your beautiful home. We highly recommend your home for a nice, relaxing vacation. Thanks again for the use of your home.

Great girlfriend getaway. Beautiful beaches, blue water, umbrellas and chairs for reading and relaxing, lots of good places to eat and shopping. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay.

The cottage worked out fabulous! We stayed at the end of December through New Years, and the heated pool was great. Everything we needed was provided at the cottage, and the beach is in walking distance. We had a great time even in the winter. The home is clean and has very comfortable beds. Our stay at the cottage was wonderful. It was like our "home away from home". It is a safe, gated community where you can feel safe with your children. The cottage was neat and clean and close to the beach. The cottage was well furnished and we had easy access to the pool and grills. There is shopping just across the street at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. It is the most perfect vacation spot in Florida! We would recommend the cottage at Mainsail to anyone wishing for a paradise stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin at your home. It was so clean and inviting that it was easy to feel like we were at home. It was such a relaxing vacation for some old college friends and now with children to visit and get back in touch. With just a few minutes walk to the beach and with one of the pools just ourside our back door, there was always something closeby to do. The time we spent in your cottage was wonderful. It was very well equipped & offered much comfort for our large family. The cottage was beautiful, even more than we expected. The close walk to the beach was also very nice since we had little ones traveling with us. We absolutely recommend this as the "place to be". It was a home away from home for us. We stayed in the cottage for a week on vacation and loved it, short walk to the beach, heated pool behind the cottage and great location to stay out of the traffic. The cottage was clean and well kept along with the grounds. We plan on coming back and stay in this cottage!

We stayed in your cottage during our Spring Break. It was wonderfully well-equipped. Our son had a friend with him, and we travelled with friends staying in a townhouse unit just a few doors away. Because of the fully-equiooed kitchen and nearby grills, we were able to host dinner every night that we did not eat out. It was like being in a home away from home. The Parnells.

We have spent a week in the cottage the last two summers and really loved it! We had everything right at our fingertips and the cottage is the perfect size with room to spare for our family of four. Our kids have really enjoyed the beach, gameroom and swimming pools on the grounds. They have chosen to return to Destin for our 2007 vacation. We would recommend this cottage to anyone. We found the cottage to be very relaxing and comfortable for our family of five. Everyone slept great, and there was plenty of space to move around without climbing all over each other (like you might do in a hotel room!). Pat was friendly and seemed truly interested in our family's vacation; we loved the pool and our 12 year old loved the gameroom. We would definitely use this resort and cottage again, especially after comparing rates of other resorts on the beach.

We had a wonderful time in Destin. A very clean, comfortable condo. Close to the beach, a warm pool, great restaurants, and great shopping. I noticed some other condos in the area's pools were still not opened because of the hurricane. We were very blessed.

We stayed here for a week in April, 2005, and enjoyed everything about it. Great for extended families, as brought grandparents, parents and kids (7 of us in all). There was plenty of room, and plenty to do. Pat was great to work with, and the property is in great shape. The beach is an easy walk, and the pool is just outside the back door. Traffic was not bad in April, but it might take some time to get to the touristy parts of Destin during peak months. Highly recommended.

We spent my daughter's 10th birthday in this cottage and were delighted that it had all the comforts of home combined with all the vacation extras you could hope for: easy access to the beach, a regular pool, a heated pool, and a hot tub PLUS a jacuzzi in the cottage! It was a rare birthday treat for my daughter to be able to enjoy a pool and outdoor hot tub in November! The kitchen, larger than mine at home, was so well equipped that you could easily save some money on eating out and cook meals at the cottage. We loved it and can't wait to go back!
