A lovely end unit townhouse in a quiet area across from the Saratoga State Golf Course and State Park. The Performing Arts Center is also located here. Saratoga Springs is located in the foothills of the Adirondacks and has both winter and summer activities for all. Skiing, ice skating, hiking, Victorian Street walk are only a few of our many winter activities.
Our town is very Victorian mixed with some very modern structures. The architecture is unique. Saratoga is also home to Skidmore College and the oldest racecourse in the country. The townhouse is a five minute drive to stores, parks, and restaurants. It has its own swimming pool and two tennis courts and the property is well maintained.
The unit is meticulous and fully furnished. Saratoga is also known for its healing mineral waters. As for history buffs, the Battle of Saratoga was fought here and the battlefields are wonderful to visit, as well as Yaddo, home to Pulitzer Prize winners and many great writers have been inspired here. The town is charming, and the townspeople are gracious.
