Come fall in love with the laid back beautiful blue-green waters of the Keys. It is a life-style like no other. Our little condo is located in a gated community with lush landscaping, heated pool, basketball court, clay tennis court and a nice club house. Just three walking blocks from our complex you can rent a boat for the day or week. Also the Pennecamp State Park is only a few miles up the road and has daily boat rentals.
Our unit is in the corner and has one of the best views of the sunset which you can see from both the master bedroom (on the third floor) and the Great Room Balcony (on the second floor).
We have lovingly filled our condo with original artwork, unique furniture and comfortable furnishings all with a Florida Keys decor and set up for casual enjoyment.
The small kitchen has a pantry, large fridge with ice and water in the door, a Jenn-Aire for cooking your catch of the day, a microwave and dishwasher. There is a bar to eat informally or their is a round table on the porch which will seat six for meals.
The Great room has an entertainment center with TV, Cable, VCR, DVD and Stereo. The extra long couch converts to a queen size sleeper to accommodate your family. There is also a half bath downstairs.
The third floor has the main bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a trundle bed with a queen size futon bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Both are excellent quality. There is also a wall unit with the perfect set up for your computer or gaming. The entire unit has Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom has a wall of closets, two which are mirrors to catch the sunset and reflection of the water. Slide open the middle doors to reveal the TV and VCR. There is a full bath in the master with a sea shell sink and toilet and a shower with seat.
The dock has a fish cleaning station and the pool is heated for your enjoyment. There are many wonderful restaurants and fun filled outings from an eco tour through the everglades, to swimming with the dolphins, to snorkeling in the ocean and going to the big Sand Bar and hanging out with other sun lovers.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in Deanna's condo last February and March. Deanna is very easy to work with whenever a problem arrives. The condo is in a perfect location while staying in Key Largo.It is close to many restaurants, grocery stores and general shopping. The grounds are beautiful and it has a great heated pool. We spent much of our time on the balcony overlooking the water and gorgeous sunsets. The view is breathtaking. We both enjoyed our stay so much we have reserved it for the same time next year and can't wait for February to get here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We were so excited to leave Michigan and spend a month in Key Largo. Deana was very helpful with making all the arrangements. The view is breath taking, the community gated, the area is peaceful and has the best fishing. The views from the balcony off the living room and master bedroom are incredible. They also had dining suggestions and had information on other area attractions. It was an unforgettable time. Can't wait to return.Owner response: Thank you so much for your review. About the owner: My husband and I and our four children planned a vacation in the Keys in 2000 after staying in Marathon with friends back in 1998. We just loved the area so much that we decided to buy our own place. One of our daughters even got married here and we had a party in the Club House. My husband is a Judge and I am a Property Manager in the Orlando area.
Why the Owner Chose Rock Harbor:
We love the "Island feel" in the Keys and the beach but most of all we LOVE the sunsets here. We think it is so beautiful and peaceful, many excellent restaurants featuring locally caught seafood and fish, and the friendly, laid back people. We liked this complex because it has been here since 1976 and has owners and management that believe in proper maintenance and care which is why it is in such good shape. It has also stood the test of time against hurricanes.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our condo is not like a hotel with the granite counters and expected decor. I have taken great care to make it comfortable, accomodating, and fitting for a vacation. I have decorated with new and old, custom and common. Everything is focused on the things in nature you'll find in the Keys: fish, sand, seashells, tropical plants and birds, sunset hues and emerald water colors.
Our complex has a pool, tennis courts, basket ball court, beach, club house and dock. There are awesome restaurants all around our place. Many you can walk to and not worry about having that second or third glass of wine!
