Mike, We had a great trip, enjoyed the use of your condo. You guys did a ncie job with the upgrades. We had friends in 206 and they were really disappointed in theirs as compared to yours. The only thing we noticed was that the blender - glass container, was cracked, it was still useable but it may crack further, we mentioned it to your wife as we were leaving. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S OVER. 5 AM AND PACKING UP TO HEAD HOME. MY FAMILY HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL TIME HERE IN ORANGE BEACH. YOUR CONDO WAS GREAT. AS EVERYONE ELSE, WE RAVED ABOUT THE ICE MAKER!!! PERFECT FOR THE BEACH. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU KEEP SEEING OTHER GUEST CARRYING ICE BAGS IN FROM THE WINN DIXIE. THERE WERE SIX OF US. THEY'VE ALREADY SAID THEY WOULD LIKE TO LIVE HERE. WAKING UP & SEEING THE BEACH WAS AWESOME! THE CONDO STAYED NICE AND COOL ON HOT DAYS WHICH WE SURE DID APPRECIATE WHEN COMING IN AFTER A LONG DAY. WE DID HAVE ONE RAINY MORNING. IT WAS VERY ENTERTAINING TO WATCH THE STORM COME IN, THEN WATCH THE PEOPLE RUN FROM THE BEACH, I FOUND IT UNBELIEVABLE THAT EVEN KNOWING THERE WAS RAIN ON THE WAY, NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE. THE LARGE TV WAS NICE AND WASHER & DRYER SO CONVIENIENT. I SUGGEST THAT YOUR OTHER GUESTS NOT TO FORGET TO PUT THE NECESSITIES ON YOUR GROCERY LIST, LAUNDRY SOAP, DISH SOAP, MAYBE SOME NON STICK ALUMINUM FOIL IF YOU PLAN TO BAKE BREAKFAST. MOM DID BACON IN THE OVEN; VERY EASY. THERE MAY BE SOME SUPPLIES HERE FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS, BUT MAYBE NOT. DEFFINITELY HAVE LUNCH OR DINNER AT TACKY JACKS AND TAKE A PARASAIL RIDE. I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE WHITE SAND AND BLUE WATER ALWAYS THRILL ME. I DO LOVE THE CONDO. I GUESS MY FAVOITE PART IS THE WRAP AROUND BALCONY. LOVELY VIEWS! LOTS OF LIGHT. Mike and Linda, Everything was just grand and we made some memories while we were there. I am not sure you knew but it was a girls trip with the exception of my 14 month old grandson complete with teenage babysitter (the only way my middle daughter would come) but this was the first time my 3 daughters and I have ever done anything like this before. We went fishing on Wednesday and Thursday with Jeff Chambliss Charter Fishing Guide and caught speckled trout and huge redfish. The condo was everything your pictures showed and more. I appreciate the convenience to all the sites and the beach. Definitely, we will recommend and plan another trip. I hope this becomes an annual trip for us and we would love to always stay in the same place. Thank you for opening your home to us, it was really comfortable and welcoming. Again, thanks, Connie B

Mike, We had a great time. The condo was very nice and we had no problems while we were there. It has been one of our favorite places to stay and we have stayed all up and down the beach in the 30 years we have been going down there. My only comment was probably more for your advantage. I thought that if you included a few more towels, you might avoid wear and tear on your washer because we had to wash pretty often (of ocurse with two babies we had to wash a lot anyway.) We will definitely try to rent it again if we need a three bedroom. If I did not do so already, I will post a comment for your site. How early do you start taking rentals for next year so that I can remember to check on it before it is gone? As we got off the elevator on Wednesday, I ran into some folks from my hometown who own a condo on the 15th floor. We enjoyed getting to visit with them. Thanks again for letting us rent. I will tell some of my other friends about it as well.

Just returned from a stay at your lovely condo. It was our first time in a corner unit and we will never stay in anything else. Our favorite thing was the HUGE balcony and the stereo system. Also enjoyed the icemaker. Everything we needed was provided. Nice to have such a nicely equipped kitchen. Hope to stay here again.

The big TV was very, very enjoyable.....and we constantly told ourselves "don't get too used it". But we did and our TV, I think it's a 32", seemed a bit small when we got home. It was a real plus to have, especially on those many days that were so blustery cold! All in all it was a very pleasant time away from all of our snow here in the North.

Mike and Linda, We had a wonderfully relaxing week in Orange Beach. And you were right -- we packed too many clothes! It was such a blessing to have a washer and dryer to use. We were able to come home, unpack the car, and put clean clothes back in dressers. Since there are seven of us, I really appreciate that! We loved the location and the layout of the condo. It had everything we needed. The kids especially liked the ice maker -- and all the movies, and cable TV in every room. We were able to watch dolphins from the deck a couple of times -- and had everything from really windy, wavy days to calm, sunny days. All of us want to go back! Thank you for opening your home to us. We tried to take care of it like it was ours. And we do hope to return. Martha R

Hey Mike, We had a great week. The ceiling in the master bath leaked right above the stool, and we reported it to security on Sun. It was about mid-week when they fixed it. I believe it was coming from the stool in the room directly above yours. The condo was great and we had a wonderful time. Mike, I kept wanting to type a quick e-mail to you to let you know how much we really enjoyed our stay in your condo. Thank you for contacting me! The weather was great for most of the days. The condo was better than we expected. It was great to have a fully stocked kitchen on vacation. With two little kids it is not always fun dining out. We are already discussing when we can take off work together to return. Our five year old asks frequently when we can go back to Alabama. We did not find anything that needed attention. I hope all was well when we left. We made sure we walked through a few times to verify we picked up everything and took out all the trash. Thought you might like to read this. It was in Lucy's "Tuesday Folder" from school. It's not a REAL thank you note, but I thought you'd appreciate it anyway. Love MB By Lucy.... My most memorable Christmas was last Christmas. My family and I drove to Alabama for the holidays. We were going to see our aunt and uncle. They own a condo on the beach. It was right by the Gulf of Mexico. The view was wonderful. You could see right over the ocean. My little sister Erin really wanted to see a dolphin. We didn't see any dolphins when we first got there, but on Christmas morning we saw one little dolphin swimming by. About two minutes later, we saw a whole pod of dophins passing! For Christmas, everybody got a whole lot of clothes from Aeropostale. My sister was really happy to see a dolphin. After that, we had a wonderful Christmas dinner. So, that was my memorable Christmas. My sister got her dolphins, I got a bunch of clothes, and we all had a great time.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. THE WEATHER WAS GREAT AND THE VIEW FROM ALL ROOMS WAS BEAUTIFUL. WE WATCHED SUNRISE EVERYDAY. THANKS FOR PROVIDING A WONDERFUOL PLACE FOR A GREAT THANKSGIVING! THIS IS AN ANNUAL TREK AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!! THE TV MAKES FUNNY NOISES WHEN YOU TURN IT ON AND OFF. DOOBLEDUPE I LIKED THIS PLACE BECAUSE WE HAD A VERY NICE VIEW OF THE BEACH AND I LIKED THE STEREO. We had a wonderful stay Thanksgiving week. No problems noted in unit. Everyone enjoyed the brightness of the unit, and having access to the balcony from their rooms. The sunrise everyday was tremendous. I hope to be able to rent from you again next Thanksgiving for our annual trek to the beach. Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful, and thank you again for the availability of your unit for our enjoyment!

THERE WAS NOT ONE THING OR INSTANCE WHERE WE SAID "I WISH I HAD ....". EVERYTHING IS HERE. WE HAD A FABULOUS TIME BECAUSE OF YOUR THOUGHTFULNESS IN EQUIPPING THE CONDO. OUR TIME HERE REMINDED US THAT... THE HEAVENS DECLARE THE GLORY OF GOD THE EARTH DISPLAYS THE WORKS OF HIS HAND DAY AFTER DAY THEY POUR FORTH THEIR SPEECH NIGHT AFTER NIGHT THEY DISPLAY KNOWLEDGE THERE IS NO SPEECH OR LANGUAGE WHERE THEIR VOICE IS NOT HEARD. We had a great time. The view was beautiful!!! We were amazed at all the dolphins we were able to watch from the balcony. We were very happy with the accommodations (there were so many movies to pick from during the little free time we had). We only wish we would've had more time for our trip. We are talking about coming back again next year. Thank you,

I WOULD LIKE TO START OFF BY THANKING YOU FOR GIVING US SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN THIS SIMPLY CHARMING PLACE TO STAY. I LOVED HOW EVERY ROOM HAD IT'S OWN TV & VCR, WHICH KEPT ARGUMENTS OVER WHAT TO WATCH FROM CORRUPTING. I WAS ALSO CHARMED BY THE GREAT VIEW. I WOULD WATCH THE DOLPHINS FROM THE BALCONY. FINALLY, THANKS FOR THE GREAT DECORATION. YOU REALY KNOW HOW TO DECORATE! I WILL MISS THES PLACE VERYT VERY BERY MUCH AND I LOVED THIS PLACE AND I APPRECIATE STAYING HERE. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS CONDO. IT WAS A COOL PLACE TO CHILL. THE STEREO SYSTEM WAS SWINGIN! THE BEACH ROCKED! THE MOVIES WERE A SWEET DEAL. IT WAS TOTTALLY AWESOME!
