“La Mucchia - Casa Vacanza & Art Gallery” is located in the region of Tuscany, an area of great historical and artistic interest. The vacation house is situated at the foot of Cortona, an ancient Etruscan town, founded by the residence of Umbria about 3,000 years ago, even before Rome was established.
This suite has 1690 square feet and is composed of 2 double bedrooms and one double bed sofa, 4 rooms and kitchen with dining, exit to a private terrace with a view of Cortona and the swimming pool.
The house is a 12 BR 10+ BA currently divided into eight luxury suites for 4-6 persons, please contact us if you need more space. It is surrounded by 7,000 sq. meters (roughly two acres) of land used for lawn, garden and other various services. Some of these services include parking, a play area, swimming pool and tennis court.

We decided to buy this property after watching the movie "Under the Tuscan Sun" by Frances Mayes, this movie changed our lives, me and my brother at the age of 60 decided to stop working as contractors and to buy and restore this fantastic medieval farmhouse.

Our property is a real Tuscan farmhouse, resotred under the supervision of the town Architect,in very small particulars, the place is in full countryside but still 5 min away from Cortona and Camucia, with all the facilities, we have beautiful swimming pool and olive trees, also covered and un covered terraces, places to sit, to make barbecue, to listen the birds and enjoy sunflower fields.

We are two brothers around 60 years old with our wives,(in the photo the wives with a Guest from argentina which became friend) decided at certain age to reside in Tuscany, we have dreamed this will come true one day.we live here run this property, My brother is USA citizen and I am Polish citizen and my wife is Dutch, both of our children were born in Italy 30 years ago, we love to live in Italy.
