  • I am currently sitting in the kitchen of this apartment, listening to the birds sing in the courtyard. This is our last full day in Paris and we are really sad to go! This apartment has become our home in Paris. Patri was wonderful and very patient (our train was about an hour late). The apartment is very well equipped and our family of 4 was very comfortable. Patri has thought of everything! The location is AMAZING!! Close to Notre Dame and the many artists selling their paintings along the left bank of the Seine. Many choices for Metro connections, make this an easy connection to anywhere in Paris. Thank you Patri! We hope to return!

  • This apartment is very comfortable. Well lit, well appointed. The beds are extremely comfortable. More comfortable than most hotel beds. The location could not be beat. Around the corner from Notre Dame, metro stations, bus stops, restaurants, cafes, food shops. Boulevard St. Germain is relatively quiet, tree lined conveniently located. We could see the Eiffel Tower from the window. There are many windows in the apartment so it is sunny and breezy if the temperature allows the windows to be open. I would stay here again and I would recommend the apartment to others. Patri is very easy to work with and makes the rental process very easy. We will never stay in a hotel again when we go to Paris!   • My sister and I just returned from staying a week in this apartment. We would definitely go back. Some of the highlights: the location is amazing (we stayed in the 7th last visit, also nice but we preferred this location). It's close to many places to eat, metros stops, the islands, etc. This part of Saint Germain Blvd is beautiful, lots of trees. Not too noisy, not too quiet. The beds in the apt. are great, both in the bedroom and the Ikea sofabed in the living room; there is good seating in living room (often hard to find); the kitchen table is great, with excellent light for doing puzzles (also hard to find in other apts); we left a puzzle for you! :-) the apartment was very clean and quiet. The pharmacy at the street level has wonderful, helpful people; Patri made the rental process very smooth; very reasonable deposit. She was very prompt with communications and emails. Please note that it is not a hot tub, but a hot shower in the bathroom. The bathroom is very bright and sunny. The apartment gets lots of light and fresh air, and also heats well if you need it. I can't think of any negatives, would just suggest that you understand how the phone and TV work before your greeter leaves. It wasn't their problem--it was ours!   • We just returned from Paris last night! Thank you Patri! The apartment was great. The location is just perfect. We walked to everything! (Took a Taxi on the way back from further places ;) The three of us were very comfortable, enjoyed the flexability of having the kitchen and were glad to experience the true Parisian living! I already advertised it to all my friends! Thank you again!

  • Thanks to Patricia and her lovely, conveniently-located apartment, we enjoyed Paris more than any time we've come before. It was very clean and well-equipped, and the view from the window was beautiful - we could see the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame! It’s just a 5 minute walk from the Metro station, but we used city buses more often. If you want to go to the Eiffel Tower, take #87. It will take you there in 15 minutes with no transfer. Patricia's apartment was an impeccable location for experienced visitors like us. We’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone! -Akemi, New York

  • What a charming, well-located apartment! The central location is great for walking around, which is the best way to explore Paris. You can reach Notre Dame in approx. five minutes! There's a boulangerie right across the street and a pharmacie right downstairs. The rental process went really smoothly, thanks to Patricia. She was always just a phone call or an email away, and was there to welcome us and to say goodbye, which was nice. The views from the windows are beautiful and the apartment is nicely decorated. Having our own kitchen really helped us save money. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
