This first-floor unit has offers lovely views of golf course and lake from the screened in lanai that opens directly onto the 16th green! Beautiful evening sunset views, especially during dinner. With transfer of golf membership, guests can enjoy an 18-hole, par 72 Gordon Lewis-designed golf course at very low member rates, and 10% discount on food at the club. The 13,000 square foot clubhouse is beautiful, with lake views, and has a dining room, bar/lounge, and pro shop. Located nearby are a state of the art fitness center, four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, hot tub, as well as a swimming and lap pool. Plus our condo building has its own heated pool that is located within walking distance, 200 feet from the condo door!
This decorator-furnished, first floor, condominium has plenty of privacy with the master suite at the back. The front entrance has its own locked storage area for personal belongings such as golf bags, beach chairs, and bicycles. The large eat-in kitchen has GE appliances and is fully equipped. The open floor plan of the living area overlooks the formal dining area, family room, and then into the screened-in lanai at the back. The family room has a big couch and matching loveseat with free cable TV and DVD. Free broadband-wireless internet in the condo! Beach chairs, beach umbrella, ice chest included.
The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with a large dresser and mirror, with a spacious walk-in closet. Adjacent is the large master bathroom with over-sized shower and double-sink vanity. The second bedroom has a twin beds with dresser and night-stand. Adjacent to the second bedroom is the guest bathroom and fully-equipped laundry area. This unit is comfortable and immaculate!

This condo is exceptional. It is very clean and spotless. It is nicely decorated with higher end furnishings. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items. I could say more about the inside but I think I have said enough. The outside view over the patio is the golf course and lake. It is a quiet and peaceful area. The swiming pool is also close for convenience. Restaurants and shopping are close by. The owner keeps an up to date binder book with lists of everything you might want to do. That really helped my family. It is one of the nicest condos I've ever rented, and I highly recommend it!!!!!
Recommended for:Age 55+.
