Only seven steps to the front entry and the first level where you’ll find the small den with a sectional sofa and TV/VCR. Also on this floor is a king-swing bedroom with TV/VCR and a queen bedroom with TV/DVD. Each has a private bath. A spiral staircase leads from the den to the loft room that has two sets of bunk beds with trundles. Perfectly suited for kids this large area will sleep up to six.
There is a large great room on the second floor with an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The living area has a TV/VCR/DVD, a stereo is located in the kitchen. Lots of windows and skylights lends an open, airy feeling. Doors from the dining area lead to a screened porch with TV that overlooks the pool. 14 steps down to reach the pool deck from the porch. The master bedroom is on the second level and has a king bed, TV/VCR, private bath and access to private deck. Pool is 12 x 28 foot, lagoon shaped and gets lots of sun. This stylish Hilton Head home is a great choice for your next family gathering. *Pool may be heated upon request for an additional charge.
