Enjoy a short walk to the awesome views of Newagen Harbor and Cuckolds Lighthouse and the charming Southport Memorial Library which is well stocked with books and videos/DVDs. Kayak rentals are available nearby and tennis courts may be reserved for a small fee at Newagen Seaside Inn, where many ocean side weddings are held.
Our Grand, Peaceful Island Home has all the comforts and amenities of any modern home! Imagine entering into a huge commercial kitchen with a cathedral ceiling that is fully equipped and prepare your meals on the spacious granite counter tops. A breakfast nook next to the Russian Field stone Fireplace is luxury. A half bath is conveniently placed just off the kitchen.
Great for entertaining. Also on the Main floor is the dining room, that seats 10 comfortably, with a service station from the kitchen. Off the dining room is the living room with same field stone fireplace.
You'll love the private master bedroom suite with the 4 panel patio doors onto the side deck with views of the rainbow trout pond. The full laundry facility is located in the master bath and his and her changing rooms.
Upstairs consists of two full size bedrooms, a large full bath and a large combo room with an office/library and a fourth bed. Great views of the Maine woods and trout pond are also available from up there.

This 4 bedroom home was built by the Mitchell family with family in mind. The large trout pond is fun for fly fisherman and the kids can swim on those hot summer days.
