The City Loft Suite is a one-bedroom loft-style apartment on the top floor of the historic Leiser Building in downtown Victoria. The building was recently completely renovated (September, 2008).

This Victoria vacation rental condo is a non-smoking, "adults only" suite, ideal for couples, business travelers, or extended-stay vacation visitors looking for a comfortable self-catering holiday apartment in Victoria's historic Old Town area. The City Loft Suite is approximately 900 square feet and is airy and spacious, with large, south facing windows that catch the sun.

The apartment is in the heart of the vibrant downtown core, close to restaurants, clubs, coffee shops, attractions, the downtown shopping area, museums, theatres and more. It is ideal for corporate, vacation and snowbird accommodations.

  • I could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Victoria. The apartment was clean and spacious with all the conveniences of home. Everything was withing walking distance and the hosts where very friendly and accomodating. Although a bit noisy at night, the earplugs provided came in handy. I will definetly stay there again on my next visit.

  • We spent the Victoria Day long weekend in the City Loft Suite. Steve gave us pretty easy directions from the airport and met us as we were pulling into the parkade. Check in was simple and Steve gave us a quick little tour of the loft. The loft had all the amenities that we needed. Dishwasher, laundry, cork floors, fully stocked kitchen, and some fruits and bread for breakfast. The only small hiccup was that the ethernet cable for the internet was not there when we checked in. Steve remedied this very quickly and had a cable in the loft for us by the time we returned from dinner. The location of the loft is quite good. It is just steps from the waterfront, and only about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the Empress. The only problem is that there is a club just across the street and it can get a little loud at night. Earplugs are provided in the suite though, but we did not require them. we would definately stay again.

  • What a wonderful location! Stayed here Christmas week while enjoying our visit to Victoria. Close to everything. Hope to make use of the roof-top patio when we return in June. Just walk in, relax and enjoy, as everything is there. Ilene & Bob

  • Spacious loft suite for two people. Clean, new everything. Cozy bedroom above the open area which has 12+ feet ceiling. Walking distance to everything in downtown Victoria. Managed by the most gracious people that you can imagine. Can be a little noisy at night.
