Welcome to 25 Sea Mist Lane and beautiful, relaxing Fripp Island. Fripp Island is just north of Hilton Head with a much more relaxing attitude.
Our home is located next to the Cabana Club, which is the most popular pool and includes 3 pools, one heated, one with waterfalls, a baby pool, and a hot tub. A restaurant is attached. Our 5 bedroom home is spacious (over 2000 sq. ft.)and comfortable. Great for big or extended families (or friends). An open format with the master bedroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs allow for group activities with a chance for peace and quiet when you want. A quiet cul-de-sac allows for a safe environment for kids.
Camp Fripp is around the corner with an activity center and a rock climbing wall. A pier for fishing and crabbing is just past the activity center. One of two championship golf courses, as well as the park and basketball courts, are minutes away.
Fripp "AMENITY CARDS" (which are mandatory for the use of pools, golf courses, tennis club, restaurants, etc.) are include FREE of charge for week long stays.
