Kick back on the comfy sofa in the family room and watch a movie on the 52" LCD HDTV. Whip up a gourmet meal in the gorgeous kitchen complete with granite and stainless steel appliances,or, just pick up the phone and make reservations at one of Vero's many fine restaurants.
On the covered lanai there is a table for 6 and a comfortable seating arrangement for relaxing and enjoying the lake view. You'll also appreciate the gas grill on the covered patio.
Rest easy on the king size pillowtop bed in the master suite. Catch some late night tv on the 32" flat screen LCD HDTV.
The corner jacuzzi tub is very inviting. You'll appreciate the his'n hers granite vanities. There is also a separate oversized shower.
Two additional bedrooms have full size pillowtop mattresses. Each room has its own 19" flat screen LCD HDTV with built-in DVD player. These 2 rooms share a bath with a large tiled shower.
The 4th bedroom has a single daybed, a comfy chair and ottoman. This makes a great place to do a little work (if you must). This room has a bath with a tub/shower just outside. A tub/shower seat is available.
Your spacious living room is a wonderful place to relax with a good book. It's also a great place for coffee after a great dinner in the formal dining room.
The community center has 2 workout roooms, 1 with equipment and the other for floor and free weight work. You'll enjoy a dip in the crystal clear pool. Play a match of tennis night or day as the courts are lit. The kids will enjoy burning off some energy on the playground.
Vero Beach offers the perfect blend of cosmopolitan influences and small town charm. The Vero Beach Museum of Art, together with the Riverside Theatre, the McKee Botanical Gardens and numerous outdoor art festivals and cultural events, provide the perfect complement to sun and fun-filled days.
Grocery shopping is coveniently located 3 minutes away. The Vero Beach Outlet Mall and Indian River Mall(with movie theaters)are 5 minutes away. A day trip to Walt Disney World or Universal Studios will take you only 90 minutes. A visit to Kennedy Space Center will take you only 40 minutes. Vero's numerous, beautiful beaches are only 7-10 minutes by car.
