This is truly a spectacular 2-bedroom condo on the second floor of a three-story building with a million dollar view of the infinity pool, the ocean and the mountains beyond Puerto Plata. Living room, master bedroom and the bathroom are exceptionally comfortable and spacious with a very large balcony.
You can see - and hear the ocean from the bedroom pillow when you first open your eyes. The complex consists of only 12 units in two building and is very quiet, but only minutes from the bustle of downtown Sosua and the beaches. The infinity pool sits right next to a private cove and small beach. The beach can only used though when the water is calm. This is a great place for a family or honeymooners or somebody who just wants to kick back in comfort and relax.

Why the Owner Chose Sosua
I bought in Sosua because it is 100% opposite from the mountains of Tahoe. Sosua is a fun place and I have friends here with lots of things to do or just come here and decompress !
The Unique Benefits at this
My condo is truly a spectacular place to rest, relax and hang out. But if that is too slow, the town is only 3 minutes away with great little restaurants and bars and if I want to venture further out, there is white water rafting, paragliding, going to Haiti and beautiful secluded beaches.
