4 TVs, DVD VCR CD Stereo, books, games, CD/DVD library. Great for a small family reunion or a romantic get-away. Air Conditioned, Great Kitchen, Awesome Views, VERY Clean and Comfortable! Large Full Service Kitchen. Panoramic Lake View Deck off Dining Room for Outdoor Dining and Relaxation, Outdoor Grill, 3 Bedrooms (Queen, Queen and 2 Twins). All Bedrooms and Living Room have their own TV.

Restrictions: No Loud/Crazy Parties, No Loud Noise and No Indoor Smoking. Home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am. Occupancy limited to number booked. Rates are subject to change until booked. All reservations are final. Small, well-mannered dogs may be considered.

The ever-changing views are breathtakingly awesome during the day…but when the sun goes down, the twinkling of the lights around the lake and a million stars will keep you captivated for hours. From your deck you can look down on boaters, sailors, jet-skiers, holiday fireworks, drifting clouds and soaring hawks.

After a weekend here, you may just want to stay longer. That's OK... just call us and we'll be happy to extend your stay (if available).

The area is home to un-crowded and intimate wineries, great dining, golfing, world-class fishing and watersports. We're close to KONOCTI Resort and Spa (with a GREAT concert series). Nearby, you can catch a glider and fly silently over the Lake and the stunning Mayacamas Mountain Range.

And then, of course, there's our favorites...Reading, Relaxing, Eating, Napping, Sipping Wine and entertaining friends on the deck overlooking the lake!

And, in case you forget to bring your own entertainment...we have cable TV, a bookshelf full of unique books, a collection of great CDs to help you relax and an assortment of DVDs to watch. We also have binoculars, playing cards, puzzles and board games.

There's so much to do near here... we're just a lovely drive from the Napa Valley and Sonoma Valley where you can dine in fine restaurants, visit mud and mineral baths, shop and tour wineries...

...you may just prefer the local un-crowded and "undiscovered" wineries in the Lake County Wine Country (such as Jim Fetzer's Ceago Winegarden, Gregory Graham, Langtry Estates-Guenoc, Moore Family Winery, Tulip Hill, Steele, Shannon Ridge, Wildhurst, Rosa d'Oro, Abbott, Brassfield Estates, Ployez and Monte Lago). In fact California just designated some its newest Appellations in ("High Valley Appellation" and "Red Hills") just miles away.


There are excellent restaurants for dining in Upper Lake, Cobb, Middletown, Kelseyville and Lakeport.

ABOUT LAKE COUNTY AND CLEARLAKE

Clearlake is the largest natural freshwater lake in the State of California and second oldest lake in the world! Visitors enjoy fishing, swimming, sailing, wind surfing, parasailing, water-skiing, boating, and riding jet skis. There are 11 free boat launch ramps around the lake, and individuals can rent boats and personal watercraft from many local businesses. Clearlake can be found in beautiful Lake County, approximately 90 minutes northwest of Sacramento and 90 minutes northeast of San Francisco. For thirteen consecutive years Lake County has had the cleanest air in all of California. Winters are mild here, generally 40s and 50s and Summer temperatures are usually in the 80s and 90s.

The lake itself is truly magnificent. It stretches nearly twenty miles in length and includes over 100 miles of shoreline. Considered a “warm water” lake, the bass fishing is unrivaled as witnessed by the 40+ fishing tournaments held here annually out of Thompson Harbor. Professional fishing organizations such as Bass Masters, W.O.N. Bass, Angler’s Choice, American Bass, West Coast Bass, and FLW, to name just a few, are regular participants. The record large mouth bass caught out of this lake weighed a whopping 17.52 pounds!
