Small single-family house "Il Roccolo". In the hamlet Pratolungo, in a quiet position on a slope, 2.5 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. For shared use: property 10'000 m2 with trees, pond. Terrace (15 m2), barbecue. 400 m long narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at 100 m. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, sandy beach 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Orta San Giulio 5 km, Omegna 7 km, Baveno 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Railway line 300 m from the property. The building is situated on the east shore of Lake Orta, between Pettenasco and the hamlet Pratolungo. On the same grounds there is another houses with 3 apartments. The beach can be reached also via a foot path.

Upper floor: 1 open room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with separate WC. Electric heating, gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Patio 8 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). The room with the bunk beds overlooks a pond with aquatic plants. To access the room with the double beds (with carpet), you have to go through the room with the bunk beds.
