Welcome to "Water's Edge",this town house is new to the rental market. The design is unique, with all the bedrooms are on first floor and living space is upstairs to maximize the beach breeze and views.
Our home has 2 large balconies upstairs, with 2 lanai's down stairs. All accouterments are up scaled and designer enhanced. This unit is warm and inviting with a tropical theme utilizing woven sea-grass furniture,bamboo window coverings and denim covered furniture. Our home is over 1500 sq/ft of living space w cathedral ceilings. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. The kitchen sports a eat-in bar with matching sea-grass stools. Mix your favorite beverages with our blender and prepare gourmet meals in our completely state of the art kitchen, granite counter tops too. The structure exceeds all hurricane requirements and has security glass and tinting. The pool is just below your bedroom window with cabana doors for easy access. The beach is just a few steps away. We've even included beach floats and umbrellas.
We are the owners, so we can work with you. Its best to deal with the owner, we care about our guests and our home.

We just stayed here for the first time and loved it. We have been to panama city several times and this was our favorite. if we ever go back we would stay here. The only down fall is there is no internet connection. There was wii fi but couldnt pick it up. The house was great and so was everything inside it felt at home i wish we didnt have to leave. the beach is just right across the street and no need to dive that was the best part.

I have been visiting the Edge's water house for th past 4 years. My Family and I go every year for 4th of July. This town house is absolutely heaven, its decor is beautiful and the house itself is just very very comfortable.Not only is it beautiful but its also super clean. I recommend this vacation rental to any family big families and small families that are looking into having a great beach vacation and staying in a great vacation home.
