Enjoy the views of the canals from this adorable pet friendly townhome, located just 1.5 short blocks from the white sands of South Bethany's guarded Beach (Memorial Day - Labor Day).
This beachy townhome features 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs with a sleeping porch off one of the bedrooms (bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and DVD player, sleeping porch has a queen size sofa bed plus a double size futon) and a deck with a retractable awning overlooking the canals off the other bedroom (this bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a king, TV and DVD player).
Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (side by side refrigerator with through the door ice and water, flat top stove, dishwasher, microwave) and two porches, one in front and one in back overlooking the canals. Also downstairs is a living room with comfortable furnishings including a queen size sofa bed, color TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo. There is a half bath downstairs and a washer/dryer. An outside shower is available to rinse off the sand after a fun day on the beach.
High speed wireless internet, unlimited calling to anywhere in the US and Canada and digital TV service is available at no charge for your convenience and enjoyment.
This unique townhome is located a block away from a shopping area which includes family style dining, shops, a pizza restaurant, a gourmet cafe, etc. Because it is on the water you can bring your boat (or rent one) and enjoy beautiful sunset cruises, or quiet excursions into the National Wildlife Park for viewings of eagles, blue heron, etc. You can catch crabs right off the side of the bulkhead (please don't use the docks, they are private property, not part of this Townhome)& enjoy family fun in the large yard.
The townhome is located halfway between Rehoboth Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD. This general area offers tax-free outlet shopping, water sports, mini golf, championship golf, fine dining, boardwalks, etc. all within walking distance to a half hour or less drive from the townhome.

The Delaware resort area is such a wonderful area - the temperatures are moderate, the scenery is beautiful, the people are friendly, and the ocean... what to say about the ocean... Not only do we have the ocean, we have the bay and all the inland waterways feeding into the bay, one of which is in the backyard of the Townhome By The Sea. Walk one and a half blocks and your feet are in the white sands of the Atlantic Ocean beach at South Bethany, or take your boat or kayak out into the inland waterways to see the wildlife such as the eagles and blue heron and stay for a gorgeous sunset. Why wouldn't you buy a vacation rental in this area? By the way, if you want to buy a vacation rental in this area, I can help you with that as well! The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
In South Bethany you are half way between Ocean City Maryland and Rehoboth Beach Delaware - both of which have big boardwalks with rides, etc. Rehoboth also has the tax free outlets. Bethany Beach has it's own boardwalk which is very kid friendly and safe. There is live entertainment on the bandstand at night in the summer, lots of good food, and fun in a very close proximity to our Townhome By The Sea. Within a one block walk to out Townhome By The Sea is a small shopping center which has a gourmet market & coffee shop (with the best chicken salad sandwhich you've ever had - order it on a french baquette), a great family pizza restuarant with video games, a gift shop, a japanese sushi restuarant, a bait and tackle shop, etc. Where else can you get such diversity & fun so close?

Hi- Thanks for your interest in my Townhome By The Sea. I have been blessed with living in the Delaware Resort area for over 10 years now and am very happy to be able to share it with those who want to vacation in this area. My dogs have always been a very big part of my life and that's why I chose to make my property dog friendly, because I know how hard it is to find a nice rental which allows dogs. I think most dog owners are responsible and will respect my property as they do their own so I am happy to open it to them. I hope anyone who rents my Townhome By The Sea will have such a wonderful time that they'll come back soon!
