Stay in a 5 bedroom ground floor condo that sleeps 8 (1 king, 2 queens and 2 doubles). Great for 2 families. Large kitchen with separate entertainment bar. Two Refrigerators. Outdoor BBQ for your bounty from the sea or farm. Outdoor shower. Covered back porch.
The canal and boat dockage is less than 40 feet from your back door. In the canal we have caught everything from 200 lb. bull sharks to 100 lb. Jew Fish. Plenty of snapper to catch and throw right on the grill. Price includes free boat dockage. Yes, we can adjust the trip to suit your needs and budget. Also if you have your own boat, docking is free! We can also arrange for fishing and diving charters to pick you up at your dock. Sixteen foot Carolina skiff and 2 tandem kayaks available for an extra $800 a week. Well worth it if you figure the cost of trailering a boat down. Monthly rates available. Mini Season and opening days of Lobster Season are still available for 2009. You should be able to limit out within a 1/2 mile from the property! I'll even give you the GPS number.
