NEW one bedroom condo at North Coast Village is freshly painted and carpeted, outfitted for vacationer and business visitors' needs and ready to rent. New to the vacation and short term rental market. Incredibly flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen and a twin trundle bed in the bedroom (that's two twins) PLUS a queen sized sleeper sofa.
Kitchen is well stocked and ready for coffee and bagels at the breakfast bar, or a gourmet meal for you to enjoy at the dining table for four. Modern kitchen includes full refrigerator, built in microwave, electric range and oven, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and everything else you could possibly need.
For your entertainment you'll find a TV with cable and a DVD player as well as free wireless high speed internet. For outdoor fun at the beach we supply two boogie boards and beach chairs as well as a cooler and beach towels. You can spend your time on your private balcony gazing at the pool and blue water, or walk through the landscaped grounds and gates right onto the sand and waiting surf. Surf lessons are even available right here in Oceanside.
The beds are comfortable and have new mattresses on the queen and the two twin beds (trundle) to ensure a good nights' sleep for all of our vacationers or business people. Of course we provide plentiful bed linens and towels.

The owners love to come enjoy Oceanside and the beach. They live in Orange County, but still come here to Oceanside where the beach is less crowded, and more convenient.

I'm Melinda DiPerna, founder of BETTER Vacation Rentals, Inc. (Broker) and we represent the owners of F108. I'm the youngest in the middle of this picture and just thought it was more fun than a classic head shot - it's from 1976...The owners of F108 hired us when they had a long term tenant move out and they decided to try vacation rentals with their beach condo. They were so happy with us that when their folks and they found they couldn't use their other place close by, they asked us to manage that one too. We hope you'll find our service to be BETTER!
