My wife and I have stayed at this condo twice in the past 2 years. The last trip was for the month of Sept. 2011. As with our other stay, the condo was clean and well maintained. The owner is very reliable and easy to reach. The views from the 6th floor balcony is fantastic and the private walk to the beach is tremendous. The unit comes fully furnished and includes bed linens and plenty of towels etc... We will be staying at this unit again in the future

Great beachfront condo!

Condo was super clean. Loved the tile floors throughout. Convenient parking. Very family friendly. The condo building as a whole was very quiet, but the fact that this is an end unit added to the peace and quiet. Spacious and the closets very large. Full size washer and dryer. Large kitchen with great counter space. Balcony was large and views enjoyable. Dining table nice size for eating as well as playing games. Owner easy to deal with; prompt responses.

Owner response:Thanks so much. We engaged a new cleaning company this year and the comments have all been very very favorable. The ceramic tile floors were recently professionally cleaned and are very pleasing to all of our guests. The Southerly end unit with all of the light and views and the large balcony is one of the better units in the building. We often stay at this unit and consider a home away from home.

Spacious, well laid-out unit with great southerly views down the ocean-front Grand Strand. Beach in front of unit/building is one of the widest and cleanest I've seen. Unit's appliances were clean and in good working order. Over-all cleanliness superior to most rental units. Parking convinient to building entrance. I would recommend this unit to anyone !

I rented this lovely 3 BR condo for my daughter and her family last summer and it turned out to be a perfect vacation for them. I dealt directly with the owner and he was very helpful in answering all of my many questions. The condo was very spacious and well equipped, but my daughter's favorite part was the terrific balcony where they could relax during the day or enjoy the beautiful sunsets. North Myrtle Beach has been a favorite of our family's for many years and this condo is located on such a lovely stretch of this beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to family or friends and will certainly rent it again myself for my own family.

what a vacation spot. this beautiful, clean unit will be a return visit for me and my family for years to come. hopefully next winter i'll be escaping the northeast and will be renting for a longer period at this same unit. the open and spacious layout was exactly what we were looking for. comfortable and inviting, very clean and well maintained. close to all major attractions and restaurants...i can't wait to rent this place in the summertime. great ocean views from the master bedroom, livingroom area and balcony. i was very pleased with the value for my money. in my opinion this rental was way over my expectations. i loved being in a very quiet area away from all the traffic, has a very nice family feel to the building as well as neighborhood. the beach area is by far the nicest you'll find anywhere. they even clean and maintain the beach in january which was a great surprise to us. thank-you, thank-you very much larry.

Family Vacation

We have been traveling to Cherry Grove for 7 years at this location and love it. We stayed at this condo in August and found it very rewarding. The view was great!!!! We will definately go back and stay here again and my family just loves Cherry Grove. The kids have alot of room to play and run on the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious!

Our September 2009 stay

The building is well maintained but the unit was very dirty, poorly equiped and with unconfortable beds when we stayed there in September 2009. We reported the situation to the owner when we left. This place could be nice but needs improvement.

Owner response:The individual writing this review rented my unit for two (2) weeks beginning September 19, 2009 until October 3, 2009. I was notified of problems and concerns regarding the unit by e-mail on October 3, 2009, the date of check-out which afforded me no opportunity to take immediate corrective action. By October 10, 2009 I had made an on-site inspection and the issues which had been raised were resolved and corrective measures taken with the housekeeping staff. On October 10, 2009 I fully responded to him by email and offered a reduced rate on a return visit. In six years this lovely direct oceanfront condo has been fully rented with 99% satisfaction and numerous annual return reservations.
